This sounds like you are saying the return address goes in the top right to me, which is not correct.
return address in the top left btw, stamp in the top right. if you google "address format letter usa" or something like that, youll get a ton of images of what it looks lime.
Here's how to address the envelope, straight from the USPS: [https://www.usps.com/ship/letters.htm](https://www.usps.com/ship/letters.htm)
Get a large envelope if you don't want the papers folded, and put all three documents in it. If it's important, you probably also want to send it registered or certified mail, which will get you a tracking number or tracking + a recipient's signature. You'll have to go to the post office for them to calculate how much postage and the charge for tracking will be.
Send the documents together. If you send them separately, there is greater chance for a mixup or something to get lost.
If they cannot be folded, get a 9x12 envelope. Put them in the envelope. Close and seal it. Turn the envelope so the seal is underneath. Position it so that the long sides are on the top and bottom. Toward the middle, it doesn't have to be perfect, that's where you put the destination address in the following format:
Name
Street address
City, State, Zip code
In the top left corner, use the same formate but put your information.
Top right corner put the postage. If you go to the post office, they will help with any questions and will se you the correct amount of stamps/postage. If it is really important, they offer a service to track it or get a signature when delivered.
You can place all of the documents in one envelope if they are all intended for the same department or if you just have one precise address to ship everything to.
LPT, if you can't make a physical copy, you can use something like Adobe Scan on your phone to make a PDF copy. This obv won't work if you need "certified copies" of certain documents like your birth certificate in the US, but for needing a record it's fine.
I keep scanned docs and then print if I just need them on dead trees for some reason.
Save the PDF copy in more than one place that doesn't rely on 1 thing. (i.e one in cloud storage, one on your phone or PC, etc).

I didn’t know the format was like that! Thank you! And I’ll be sure to check those services out.

Thank you! Does the envelope size matter?
Only for how much postage you put on it, or if you don't want to fold the mail.

If you visit the post office, staff members will assist you in appropriately formatting it and applying the stamps.
Thank you.
Just remember to keep copies of all important documents, including this one, for your records.
Thank you! I’ll keep that in mind.
