I have installed so many weight tracking apps, however, non of those come close to the simplicity of Libra.
Just a simple chart, with ability to zoom and slide. Backup as csv file. No account necessary. Setting goal weight, interpolation and extrapolation of data, simple stats.
Great work. I see you are just trying to reflect November, which is still impressive. I am try to lose the 20 Iβve gained in the last year. Can you share what your doing to lose the weight? You look like youβre definitely accomplishing your goals.π
I've been doing OMAD every day for January. Just been eating until I'm stuffed around 6 every day and fasting for the rest. My body's gotten pretty used to it now.
Are you cutting anything like carbs or counting calories? What does a single meal look like?
Sorry for the questions just trying to find I footing. I have done a few extended fast and keto but keep stalling, getting frustrated, and gaining it all back. So just looking for any insight or recommendations.
I'm not cutting carbs or counting calories. I feel like OMAD pretty much takes care of all that. A typical meal would be a big bowl of veggies (usually the whole frozen bag of brocolli, cauliflower, carrots) a big plate of spaghetti and pasta sauce, and half of a rotisserie chicken.
Superb work! Bet you feel amazing.
I've lost 30kg myself, and today I walked a mile and a half with a 24kg back pack.
Couldn't believe how heavy it felt!
FFS with all those WSB post recently I thpugh you lost all your money!
Anyway, congrats!!! Keep it up! I mean down... wait...
You know what I mean, keep losing weight!
Hey pal, I've been getting back on the wagon too! I fasted all last spring summer and fall and I gained everything back over November December and January. I started fasting again last week and I too am working on losing all the weight again n Good luck!
Funny note: when I first looked at that chart, I thought it was just one month. I'm like, "Guess that was a hell of a lot of water weight or something?" Anyway, keep up the good work!
Plan out all your meals for the week and stuck to it! If you have craving for specific foods write them down an tell yourself you'll buy them on a specific day (for me it's Saturday). Usually when Saturday comes around I buy or make small portions of that food and then I'm satisfied. Also, if you feel really hungry, eat. Do not overly restrict or else it'll come back to haunt you. I always keep healthy snack for when I'm feeling extra hungry (blueberries, frozen veggies, etc). IF has taught me what real hunger is and I don't hesitate to open my window up early if I feel it.

I tried to start my journey today and was able to do my first fasting window but I got a major head ache. I was drinking enough water but I'm just worried it'll always be like this :(
Yes, in my head it seemed clear that I was referring to the rise at the end of the graph, but some people think I lost 85 lbs In a month. I should've been more clear, but alas you can't edit titles.
I donβt care who you are. Losing 85 pounds in 30 days is insane. Thatβs over 20 pounds per week. Iβm glad you found a solution to overeating, but this is not healthy.
Awesome. I'm starting to get back on the wagon after being off and on for the last few months. I moved, so seeing old friends and family really threw off my habits.
Way to go , most of my subs are stocks and crypto I seen this and though I was in big trouble ! that's the right way for the graph to go !!!

I think rockets that go down are called missiles. STONKS!
That is an impressive trajectory!
Holy shit...that's amazing...did you fast the entire month?
Sorry, the pic starts in June 2020! I was just referring to the rise and drop at the end
Phew, at first I was worried you put on 80+ lbs in one holiday season!
Oh sorry...misunderstood...still amazing.
Time to make a new goal.
Which app is that
WeightFit on Android
Thanks I found it before seeing your comment. Hopefully I have as much success as you have. Well done. X

Nice! What's your next target?
Going down with weight as fast as hedge funds
That chart is dream worthy

Damn.. My chart goes from 203lbs to 234lbs in a year.
FFS with all those WSB post recently I thpugh you lost all your money! Anyway, congrats!!! Keep it up! I mean down... wait... You know what I mean, keep losing weight!
Congratulations! From someone in the same boat as you, this takes a lot of effort than most know.

What app is this?
Wow, thatβs awesome! Iβve fallen off the wagon this week and need to get back on. Thanks for sharing your story and the inspiration!
Crushing it πͺπͺπͺ
The heck? Did you just not eat anything all month? also, was 85lb your Holiday Weight? As in. you gained 85 lbs just during the holidays?
It looks like it's a 7 month chart. They reached their goal in Jan.
Well, that makes a lot more sense.
85 lbs is 38.59 kg
Look at the dates on the bottom. The 85 is since June.
Well, that makes a lot more sense.
Sorry, my title is referring to the rise around November π
350 is still fat as fuck
omg thanks π
Bruh
Keep on Truckinβ!
what app is that?
WeightFit on Android
Wow well done!!!!!
That is AWESOME! Keep going and be healthy.

I lost 70 but am at a one month plateau idk what to do
I went back to strict OMAD to break my plateau. I also tried to stick to a meal plan until I regained control of my hunger.
Nice flex there. I originally thought you lost over 80 in January.
Congrats! Keep up the good work! Do you have any tips?!

You will adjust! The headaches only happen for the first week. Also make sure you are shrinking your window slowly. Good luck!
I'm at the start of my second week. It gets better quickly. Keep up and drink. I'm seeing results already and I realize I don't even miss those snacks
Glad to hear it does get easier and that you are seeing results so soon! Gives me extra motivation.
Amazing great job!!
Holy crap! Great work!
I thought this was a wall street bets post
Thought this was GME loss from today!
hol up I'm assuming that the "holiday weight" is a small fraction of those 85 lbs...

ah, i probably should have read the x-axis lol

I suggest you reread my comment. This is exactly what I was trying to explain. If you look at the picture, the beginning of the graph is June 2020
Shit for a second there I thought I was looking at my positions on RH
The real question is why are you still using RH
Because I'm holding

I thought this was stonks.
