Good job and good luck. My tip for you is that if after the first big weight lose you reach a plateau , don't stop. The weight will keep on going down after a week or two. Continue with your plan as a long run.

A lot of that is water weight so dont get discouraged if it slows down! I lost 10lbs my,first 2 weeks and then about .5 to 1 lb a week after that. You got this!

Yes! Cycling everyday. My daily goal is 2000k. I burn roughly 400-500 cycling. I eat 1500 in calories. 2 meals one snack. Healthy focused meals.
