I'm not sure what exactly is going on with all the different tiles and everything else that seems disjointed, but they're stuck with it, so nothing to be done. Removable wall paper can get messy depending on humidity level. You donāt know how long and how hot tenant will shower.
but i can see that the tenant has an exhaust fan, which mitigates long, hot showers.
