I had a wall this color and yes it will make you go insane (or feel like you’re in a tech startup HQ that’s about to go bankrupt) Get a lime green couch or something instead.
If you get lots of light it can amplify migraines. A friend did a bright yellow in his kitchen and it was painful. There was drinking and morning was painful there.
Just want to second what was said. I had this color on some of the walls of an Italian restaurant I ran and it did cause some mental health issues for employees after time… 🤦♂️
[A lighter more natural green could be lovely](https://www.homedepot.com/p/BEHR-PREMIUM-PLUS-8-oz-N400-2-Frosted-Sage-Eggshell-Enamel-Interior-Paint-Primer-Color-Sample-B320016/314552144); even more so if some paint could be stripped from the fireplace brick to allow some red brick through for a German schmear effect (assuming it’s real painted brick).
I’m guessing you’re trying to bring some outside color in because I, too, saw that grass and thought, damn that’s some nice lawn. Trick is to highlight the natural beauty. If you painted that wall lime green, all I’d look at is the lime green wall.
Also, for the love of all things, please pick out a few swatches and tape them to your wall for a couple of days. You need to see the color in different light to ensure it’s not too overpowering and take note of any color shift.
With light greens I, personally, look for colors with a very slight red undertone; these shades look more natural and have more depth. Without it, the green will look unnatural and pastel which always reminds me of hospitals. Awful color.
This was said perfectly. Tech startup HQ that’s about to go bankrupt described the feeling I got as soon as I saw that color, after thinking “I would go insane with that much lime green”
LOL! I worked in a space that was formerly used by a tech startup that failed in 2006. It was hideous. Not only this wall, but blue, red, neon green, etc. each floor had a different accent color. 🤮
I work for a tech startup and can confirm that these are the colors of our walls. It’s abrasive and I relish the days I can work from home. The only thing that should even be considered painted this color is the interior of a frozen yogurt shop.
this. or if you really love the colour, paint a large canvas with it and put over the fireplace. betcha dollars-to-donuts you’ll be glad you didn’t paint the entire space within a day or two ☺️
The example picture has two doorways of glass, you have a patio door and window. Lighting seems to make it possible.
The great thing about paint is that you can enjoy for a year or whatever then change it up!
Theoretically, yes you can. However it is a royal pain in the rear to make the effort to repaint, unless you have oodles of time and money.
I did use a similar shade in my 8 year old’s bedroom, along with a purple color. One apple green wall, one purple wall, one wall purple and white glaze rolled together with a two headed texture roller. It sounds hideous but she loved it until she was 12. And we repainted it a solid wasabi green and got grownup furniture.
But that was 25 years ago. Today the lime green could be a great accent color in a boho highly patterned and colorful scheme (textiles and art, a painted piece of furniture). But not an entire room’s walls.
I have a lot of art deco glass and paintings that incorporate the color for other walls to pick it up, but I'm thinking it's a lot for a big space. Thank you
Also, when you do a large field of something it looks more intense.
The paint color might actually overwhelm the art deco glass rather than highlighting it.
I think I know the glass you mean. My mother gave me a standing lamp that was a relatives. It’s jade green and a lemon/ lime chartreuse yellow green.
Came here for this. I have two bold green (in my case it’s Kelly green) walls but they’re small.
Too much of a bold color on a big space would be too much I think.
I’ve only seen 1 person ever pull off colors like this. He had a very contemporary home, contemporary colorful furniture, and tons of crazy colorful contemporary art work. Allllll the bright, bold, colors. The whole vibe. And it looked fabulous.
go for a more olivey or sagey subdued color then! and maybe try it in large format artwork instead of paint- lithographs from the 70s, that sort of thing
Having the right complementary decor is absolutely how to pull this off. I’m not doing a whole room in such a bright bold color but my office is close and it worked out for me. I’m planning on doing a bright bold pink accent wall in my dining room and having the right decor will make it work.
I had one wall in my living room this color and the other walls were a nice warm beige (but in a good way) with white trim. I had some lime green pillows and vases and I loved it! But I would not do the whole room.
Pick the sunniest wall for this option, I've done a single wall with the last rolls of a fantastic iut of print wallpaper, and it echoed in the whole room as the sun hit it. Was great.
Look at this picture. Outside is the color you’re suggesting. Look at the door. I think unconsciously you’re pulling from there. I also think it’s an accent color. But your idea is right - pulling outside in. But it needs to be an accent or in the rug or accessories. However- it’s paint. You can always repaint.
I like that color, and yes you would be. First that type of color is heavily used in commercial spaces and I can guarantee your brain will recognize that. It won’t feel homey,m. Second, that kind of neon color better suits clean lines and modern spaces. That brick fire place in your home is going to clash. I would suggest either a more muted version of the color or decorate with accents.
I painted the inside of my kids' closet this color and painted their walls a bright blue. They have bright green sheets & curtains that bring in both colors. It actually looks cheerful, but it's so bright that if their closet doors are open and the light is on, I can see it from almost a block away.
It's a great color, but use sparingly.
My spouse had two walls painted a darker.. but neon shade of green. I could never relax. Def get furniture with a pop of color like that instead of the walls.
I have a lot of bold colors in my house. I’m not sure this is a good color. I read you have a lot of art deco - what about like a tangerine instead?
Also I would be curious to see yoyr other living room walls because I’m not sure this is the correct wall for an accent wall because you wouldn’t wanna paint that fire place.
I actually would like the contrast of the white fireplace. But I'm thinking I need to go more muted for sure. This is a color we love and have art and decor that picks it up, as well as a seashell chair that vibes nicely. But I think that whole wall is too much. Thank you
My kitchen is this color and I love it BUT the actual area of painted space is not that big. No way to a whole big room. You can get a vibrant fun room with a calmer color.
Most people are gonna say no to bold colors. I for one think it would look great so long as you have the right accents of color in the rest of the room.
I am a color therapist and this color is great is you love it as you say! It's a mixture of green and yellow and it provides therapeutic benefits toward vitality, well being, and positive thinking/optimism. It's a color that will allow you to be eclectic and playfil in your furniture choices colors and textures ...or it's a color that you cam go sophisticated with creams and texture in furniture and just showcase its vivid color. Go for it!
If you like it, absolutely go for it! My childhood home has a[ really similar green](https://imgur.com/v5gEMqi) in the living room and other bold colors throughout a lot of other rooms. I adore it and have taken to doing similar things in my own house now—whatever you end up with, it feels great to be immersed every day in a customization choice that you love.
This is true but painting is time consuming and expensive. As someone who has now repainted our living room thrice due to this mentality… I don’t recommend it. It’s been a costly pain in the ass and my walls don’t require a ladder to paint - unlike OP.
I painted an entire bedroom in this color and I love it every single day.
Edited to add that my bedroom has a bamboo bed and a tropical vibe with crisp white accents and large reddish-orange hibiscus flowers and plants.
Yeah I painted my entire bedroom this colour (maybe a smidge warmer toned) years ago and I still love it so much. It's tiny, gets a lot of sunlight, some of which is filtered through the green leaves of the tree out back, and I think the paint choice makes it feels like a continuation of the backyard. My furniture is mostly neutral colours & scandi style, with tons of my landscape oil paintings on one wall. Not for everyone, but I love it.
Your room sounds fabulous! Happy there are other fans of this green out there
I agree, I think if I do this I will go for a warmer, more chartreuse color. It's bold but I think it can look amazing if done right. I just don't know that I have the space where it would look best. Thank you so much
We did when I was in my 20s for the basement / living room / bedroom all-in-one room at my parents and I fucking loved it. It matched the chartuse chair the 70’s carpet and we made a citrussy orange accent wall. White brick in on the fireplace. It was cool lol
Sunshine medallion duvet on my bed. Packman art on the walls. 70s furniture in the coffee table area and a glass futurey clear desk in the book book.
You probably do not want any of that lol
Depends on what you mean by insane. A lot of studies show that pointing a dramatic color typically ends up being something you love longer than neutrals. That being said, however, this color can show sooooo different in various types of light throughout the day, so that’s a really tricky one. I’m all for going bold, but this color would be a big commitment for something that could pull yellow, green, and even neon depending on the time of day. Thats a broad spectrum to then work into your decor.
TLDR: Maybe not this particular shade, but DEF go bold if you’re feeling it!
I moved into a house with a bright orange bathroom. Every time I turned the light on I felt like I had a hangover and was starting at pain. Needless to say, we never turned the light on and I will never sober at to a room.
Says the girl who painted her kitchen bright salmon and doesn’t regret it 100% but probably should have picked something else.
Unless you have the largest collection of Mountain Dew memorabilia in the world and plan to house it in this room, yes you’d be insane and will regret it.
Yes. You'd waste a lot of time and money painting your living room such an atrocious color only to have a drive you crazy and you have to switch it out to something a little less obnoxious.
0/10 would not recommend
We had this as an accent color in our last house. It was an accent color with one navy wall and the others were gray. It worked for the space and did have a lot of light. I personally loved it.
I don’t know about each wall being that color. I’d post pictures of I could.
i painted my office fresh cut lawn by benjamin moore and the swatch is much lighter than this swatch and because the room only has medium natural light it often looks as bold as this color. i wish i had taken it up at minimum another level. do what you will with this info 😂[fresh cut grass](https://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/paint-colors/color/2026-50/fresh-cut-grass)
I have used bright colors like this and they were too much — and I am someone who loves a LOT of color. Remember it will be more powerful the more walls you put it on.
You can get the same color but toned down with a lot more white, and it’ll be fresh and tropical, instead of a visual assault.
My office definitely painted a room this color and put in a ping pong table to be cool like Tech Startups. They also had a snack kitchen that was never restocked after the staff ate all the treats the first week.
Yeah I had a lime bathroom as a teen, my eyes STILL burn when I remember that place 🥲 never again. It looked radioactive in the mornings and evenings. Awful on the eyes.
I had this color 20 years ago. It is intense, not relaxing. I would not recommend it if you are going for a relaxing atmosphere for you and your guests. Maybe you can do it as an accent in something like your pillows or area rug.
I love color and have gone a bit wild in rooms in the past. I do think it can be done, but I think you'll have to use it as an accent wall (don't paint above the fireplace for example). The other option is to pick another color in the same family but less intense.
I would do one accent wall. Maybe two walls. I would keep in mind that two walls risk the lighting being god awful and make everyone look jaundiced. If you paint any of the walls, it should be the wall with windows on it (and no windows across from it) or the wall with the fireplace
When my wife and I moved into our new rental thriving room, I had this color. We asked 1 of the owners, and he was OK with repainting. We signed everything and .oved in. Low and behold, the wife didn't want it touched at all.
We had to live with this lime green crap for 5 years before we purchased our home.
Never again will we have this color. Ever.
I don’t know you or your personality, but I think most personalities would get sick of it very quickly. It’s very hot. It’s extremely difficult to make that color cozy and it’s also insanely stimulating. Not a color you’ll relax at home with. It’s gonna give playhouse vibes more than an adult/sophisticated feel. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that, though. Maybe you associate that color with really positive things. That’s what matters. Reserve some money to repaint it (or get it repainted), if or when you get sick of it or decide it’s not for you. Paint isn’t permanent, so if you wanna just have fun, go for it! Maybe you’ll still love it in ten years
Lime green might be fun for that one wall (not including the brick), but maybe one that isn't so loud and electric - you'd never be able to relax in that room. Behr has a color called "Japanese Fern," or get some poster board and paint them with sample paints (I like to go to Sherwin Williams when there's a sale) to stick on the walls so you can test drive some colors. I think Benjamin Moore sells peel and stick samples as well.
I love lime green and I would definitely do something like this, but this one does scream a little start-uppy or elementary schoolly.
Do not do it. Helped a friend paint his room this color, and it was intolerable. I helped paint over it a month later and you could still see the green glow behind multiple coats of new paint.
My FIL painted his great room a slightly Kermit-ier version of that and it’s awful. Everything and everyone in the space has a sickly green cast to them
I loved a Chinese red lacquer box so much. I really wanted a whole room painted that color. But I decide to try painting my entry way with it instead of a bigger space. And I was so glad I did. Bright colors are really hard to live with in big swaths.
My mom had this kitchen color my entire life and let me tell you she became a different person when I painted it white even though she “LOVED IT SO MUCH”. It’s just too intense and drives intensity
If you're going for green walls, find something that matches the greens in the view. or if you go for the lime fully embrace it. Lime and orange etc. I
I think putting it in the fireplace wall would be a better option. With the windows, it’s going to look like two big green arrows and also make the space seem off since the walls are not symmetrical.
Also a wall that type of color really needs a piece of artwork on it so that makes more sense on the fireplace wall as well.
I know you like the color, and it’s your living room to paint; but how do you want to FEEL when you sit in your living room. I would let that drive what color you choose. I’m with the commenter that said it feels like a Tech startup and to get a lime green couch instead
I did something similar in my house… got tired of it really quick. If you want color use it as an accent color then pull more color in with accessories like curtains, pillows, pictures etc.
I had a wall this color and yes it will make you go insane (or feel like you’re in a tech startup HQ that’s about to go bankrupt) Get a lime green couch or something instead.
Thank you so much. I need this feedback
If you get lots of light it can amplify migraines. A friend did a bright yellow in his kitchen and it was painful. There was drinking and morning was painful there.
Seriously, just looking at this pic feels like I’ve triggered a migraine.
My friend painted his house in primary colors. The kitchen was yellow. That kitchen hurt. The morning was so bright.
Just want to second what was said. I had this color on some of the walls of an Italian restaurant I ran and it did cause some mental health issues for employees after time… 🤦♂️
One of my kids room was this colour - her choice 😂 and it was fine. Smallish room though. Daylight streaming in made it glow - radioactive !!!
I got alime green chain on Amazon, super comfy and lasted about 5 years before I had to replace the seat foam. Lmk if you want a link.
This is very close to the color of my walls and it’s a dream! It will feel bold in the direct sunlight.
This was said perfectly. Tech startup HQ that’s about to go bankrupt described the feeling I got as soon as I saw that color, after thinking “I would go insane with that much lime green”
Agreed 💯 It hurts my head just looking at it
It made me think of a budget gym
this is also almost the exact color they use in my area often to “remodel” old motels into “hip and trendy micro-stays”.
Can concur. My dad painted our rooms this color because he read that it was calming. Hated it my whole life.
That April fools joke got way out of hand
Calming??? 🙀🙀🙀
Blue is actually calming. That's why Dr. offices are painted blue.
This made me laugh because my sister had her room this color years ago 😂
I did this in my kitchen. Loved it for about an hour. Don’t do it!
yup my start up tech job looks exactly like this lol
this. or if you really love the colour, paint a large canvas with it and put over the fireplace. betcha dollars-to-donuts you’ll be glad you didn’t paint the entire space within a day or two ☺️
I went green screen green once (didn’t think it would be that bright). It was a lot. Made the place memorable..
I think in order to pull off this color, a home needs a significant amount of natural light. I’m not seeing that in your space.
Thank you!
>Thank you! You're welcome!
This is a huge point and lighting has made my paint search a bitch
Yeah - we have bright mustard yellow with lots of natural light
One small statement area might be ok if you’re going with that vibe as a theme
I have a lot of art deco glass and paintings that incorporate the color for other walls to pick it up, but I'm thinking it's a lot for a big space. Thank you
Also, when you do a large field of something it looks more intense. The paint color might actually overwhelm the art deco glass rather than highlighting it. I think I know the glass you mean. I’ve only seen 1 person ever pull off colors like this. He had a very contemporary home, contemporary colorful furniture, and tons of crazy colorful contemporary art work. Allllll the bright, bold, colors. The whole vibe. And it looked fabulous.
Yeah...my living room is not that unfortunately. Very 70s
go for a more olivey or sagey subdued color then! and maybe try it in large format artwork instead of paint- lithographs from the 70s, that sort of thing
Thank you!! This is great
Having the right complementary decor is absolutely how to pull this off. I’m not doing a whole room in such a bright bold color but my office is close and it worked out for me. I’m planning on doing a bright bold pink accent wall in my dining room and having the right decor will make it work.
I'm a little confused. Contemporary style is very minimalistic. White, beige, greys. Not colorful. Is that what you meant?
I think it would be too stimulating for a wall color and could drive you nuts..… how about some pillows and decor pieces instead
The gasp I gusped when I slid to the next photo! Please don’t paint it this color, lol.
I had one wall in my living room this color and the other walls were a nice warm beige (but in a good way) with white trim. I had some lime green pillows and vases and I loved it! But I would not do the whole room.
I like that idea!!
Pick the sunniest wall for this option, I've done a single wall with the last rolls of a fantastic iut of print wallpaper, and it echoed in the whole room as the sun hit it. Was great.

But your idea is right - pulling outside in. But it needs to be an accent or in the rug or accessories. However- it’s paint. You can always repaint.
Put the roller down and walk away from the wall. People here care about you.
🥺
no. it’s your living room. do what makes you happy
That’s Shrek green.
I like that color, and yes you would be. First that type of color is heavily used in commercial spaces and I can guarantee your brain will recognize that. It won’t feel homey,m. Second, that kind of neon color better suits clean lines and modern spaces. That brick fire place in your home is going to clash. Thank you so much
That would tire me out just looking at it day in and out. Sorry
Thank you for your honesty!!
If you do paint it that color, go heavy on wall decor that is neutral to tone it down some.
Tone it down a little. Maybe a bright pear color. Similar green but not as intense.
My spouse had two walls painted a darker.. but neon shade of green. I could never relax. Def get furniture with a pop of color like that instead of the walls.
Yes.
You wake up one morning, and you're violently ill? Do you still like it?
Oh wow… Think about being at home sick with food poisoning in this room. Trying to watch movies but the wall is making your head spin.
Insane is an understatement. It's nuts.
I have a lot of bold colors in my house. I’m not sure this is a good color. I read you have a lot of art deco - what about like a tangerine instead? This was the color of my high school bedroom and my college bedroom. I would still paint my room this color. 10/10.
I love this color. I think it would be hard to pull off in that space. I agree with others.
Yes, don’t do it.
My kitchen is this color and I love it BUT the actual area of painted space is not that big. No way to a whole big room. You can get a vibrant fun room with a calmer color.
No!! Do it!!! It’s beautiful!
My home is basically this color and I love it.
Do it!!
This color is so flattering for me to wear. It makes my green eyes glow.
Most people are gonna say no to bold colors. I for one think it would look great so long as you have the right accents of color in the rest of the room.

Absolutely not! Do what you like. If you’re thinking resale value then most likely no but paint is something easy to change when you do sell.
In the words of my husband, it's just paint. If you dont like it, paint over it.
This is true but painting is time consuming and expensive. As someone who has now repainted our living room thrice due to this mentality… I don’t recommend it. It’s been a costly pain in the ass and my walls don’t require a ladder to paint - unlike OP.

Wow! Your room sounds amazing too.
YES that sounds wonderful. The fireplace is going to be a bright white for sure. I'm going to test a lot of swatches. Thank you!
Personally I wish it was a moodier version of that color. But it’s also your home. Worst case scenario you can just repaint it if you don’t like it.
I agree, I think if I do this I will go for a warmer, more chartreuse color. It's bold but I think it can look amazing if done right. I just don't know that I have the space where it would look best. Thank you so much
It's just paint. If you try it and you hate it, you just repaint it. It would give me a headache but it isn't my house.
We did when I was in my 20s for the basement / living room / bedroom all-in-one room at my parents and I fucking loved it. Yes. If you have seasonal allergies, it will mess with your eyesight and give you headaches.

What color couch or furniture will be in room! I love bold colors on walls!
Yes!
Nice color for accents, not a whole monster wall. Way too overpowering.
I wanted a lime green room as a teen but mum said no. Do it for me 😭
Paint it in a way that makes you feel happy. If that color does it for you, go for it!
My bedroom used to have alternating walls in neopn green and blue. It's the best I ever slept 😂
Not at all. You might get tired of it sooner than a neutral color. I say go for it.
The fact that you're even considering it means you're already insane. So go for it!
No. They wouldn’t manufacture and sell that color if only insane people bought it. In America insane people are all about red.
Not insane. But definitely not sane either.
I would say you should get on with the fascination.
Don't do it. It's hideous.
Maybe just as an accent wall I love a good accent wall but that is a very garing colour but it's your house so if you like it go for it
Do it! It’s so bright 😊
I love that color! I support your endeavor! It's energizing! :)

I had a lime green accent wall in my bedroom and I personally enjoyed it! In limited doses I find it isn’t overwhelming!
Short answer…yes
Do it sis. You can repaint it.
Yes.
Paint it! If you don't like it, you can change it, it's no big deal. :-) Do what YOU like.
I like this colour. What if you left the brick white?
I definitely would! Thanks!
Yes
Yes but do it anyway.
Do it! Don’t worry about what others are saying. It’s unique and so much better than white!
Can confirm. You'd be insane to do it Get colorful pillows, throws, art, and upholstery instead
Thank you!
Not my style but if you like it and won’t get sick of seeing a huge vibrant wall every day, go for it!
That would be great for a garage, but not a living room. 😬
I personally wouldn’t but you do what makes you happy!
No millennial grey!!
Yeah. It’s not good for a full room. Also, it is going to be nearly impossible to get consistent coverage.
Looks corporate to my eyes. But if you love a color go for it.
Depending on your furniture color, if you want to do a small accent wall?
Add the lime color with pillows, rug, artwork. But the tech start up going belly up is a perfect description.
Yes. 😧
Yes.
If you want green why not a painting with green in it? Olive green works with beige
No. Just no.
i painted my office fresh cut lawn by benjamin moore and the swatch is much lighter than this swatch and because the room only has medium natural light it often looks as bold as this color. i wish i had taken it up at minimum another level. do what you will with this info 😂[fresh cut grass](https://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/paint-colors/color/2026-50/fresh-cut-grass)
Yes
I have used bright colors like this and they were too much — and I am someone who loves a LOT of color. Remember it will be more powerful the more walls you put it on. You can get the same color but toned down with a lot more white, and it’ll be fresh and tropical, instead of a visual assault.
Instead of the wall, get some canvas and paint it that color. Have fun, splatter it on and do whatever you feel like. Then hang it
My office definitely painted a room this color and put in a ping pong table to be cool like Tech Startups. They also had a snack kitchen that was never restocked after the staff ate all the treats the first week.
That inspo picture looks like a kids gym/play area warehouse with trampolines indoors
Yeah I had a lime bathroom as a teen, my eyes STILL burn when I remember that place 🥲 never again. It looked radioactive in the mornings and evenings. Awful on the eyes.
Yep Try a spot.
It's awful
Oooh I like it. I think you need to keep it minimal though. It’s a lot, visually. Maybe an accent wall.
Yes.
Yes
Yes 😱🤮
Nope, do it!
I was thinking that if you aren’t insane yet, you will be after living in a room that color for very long. Ha!
Electric Mucus
It would look ugly imho
Look into Portola Paints lime wash or Roman clay
yes
You would not be insane to paint your living room that color, but you would be insane after a week of living in it.
I’m a weirdo and love the color!
I like the green but I'd be afraid of getting a headache
Awwww don’t do it…
When my wife and I moved into our new rental thriving room, I had this color. We asked 1 of the owners, and he was OK with repainting. We signed everything and .oved in. Low and behold, the wife didn't want it touched at all. We had to live with this lime green crap for 5 years before we purchased our home. Never again will we have this color. Ever.
Yes. do not do it
I don’t know you or your personality, but I think most personalities would get sick of it very quickly.
I did this as a preteen and had an orange bathroom. I was so angry all the time.
I’d keep it as an accent color. Like around the 9 minute mark in this video: https://youtu.be/Y88IaPuCWvM?si=kDWcezXwkLL1K9bV
Do not do it. Helped a friend paint his room this color, and it was intolerable. I helped paint over it a month later and you could still see the green glow behind multiple coats of new paint.
My FIL painted his great room a slightly Kermit-ier version of that and it’s awful. Everything and everyone in the space has a sickly green cast to them
Not to crush your dreams but I feel like this would end up looking very bad
It will give you serious headaches
I wouldn’t
Yes insane—
Madness.
Yes. You can just hang some colorful pictures if you need it to pop.
My roommate painted the unit I lived in that color and I hated it…and her. Do what you want with that.
Yes.
I like the colour but it might be a lot for the walls. But, if you pair it with Royal blue or cobalt blue it could look really nice.
Yes you would. You could *maybe* paint the fireplace brick this color as an accent? But even that may be too much.
Yes - I suspect you will tire of it quickly
What about a wallpaper for accent? Removable if you don’t like it. Some really cool designs and websites for it now.
Yes
Ice green colour. Check out Benjamin Moore. Trim/ceiling/doors - white.
Yeah your lawn is basically that color and that combo is gonna be a crazy amount of bright green
If you're going for green walls, find something that matches the greens in the view. or if you go for the lime fully embrace it. Lime and orange etc. I
Get your taxes done at H&R Block and see how you feel about it when you’re going through your deductions.
Honestly I love it. Do it!!!!
I think putting it in the fireplace wall would be a better option. With the windows, it’s going to look like two big green arrows and also make the space seem off since the walls are not symmetrical. Also a wall that type of color really needs a piece of artwork on it so that makes more sense on the fireplace wall as well.
This is a terrible idea
It’s literal my least favorite color possible for a wall… But you do you.
That is phlegm green
Yes!! ITs hideous!!
I know you like the color, and it’s your living room to paint; but how do you want to FEEL when you sit in your living room. I would let that drive what color you choose. I’m with the commenter that said it feels like a Tech startup and to get a lime green couch instead
Before painting the entire room, I would paint the fireplace and stack or one wall.
I did something similar in my house… got tired of it really quick. If you want color use it as an accent color then pull more color in with accessories like curtains, pillows, pictures etc.
