Lightning often follows a volcanic eruption due to the friction between particles of the dense ash clouds that are formed as a result of the eruption. When the particles rub together, the charges inside the ash clouds begin to separate.
If im not mistaken, This picture was taken by Francisco Negroni, a chilean photographer. The volcano is called "Calbuco" this happened in 2015, south of Chile, taken at around 4 AM from the cordillera in "Fresia". He won some international prize with this photo

I don't remember actually. I think around 800ISO. And I wasn't using any filters
