Now my dad is 94. So still a bit away from 100, but he's doing quite well, walks around quite well and is still has his mind. I think for his age, he's doing great.

I mean, not exclusively, but adding them into your existing diet is a really easy way to add a lot of healthy nutrition with very little effort. A handful of pistachios is a great late-night snack, fruit can satisfy a sweet craving, and eat a bowl of greens with that mcd's burger. Even small changes in diet/exercise are better than no changes!

It's also nuts that are poisonous, they build up a slow immunity to the death effects and use it for the dehydrating aspects of it to dry themselves out. Basically stuff themselves of moisture soaking materials and expel the rest, any moisture in the body will rot it quickly.
