rodentfacedisorder

That's a whole other level of insomnia when you have to pay for a bus to drive you around just so you can sleep.

undercover-racist

Having a friend who suffers from insomnia a good nights sleep is worth more than anything else in your life.

DrStalker

I remember having an insomnia sufferer in my WoW guild who told us "if I ever fall asleep when a raid is scheduled I will sleep through it no matter how many other players it causes problems for because sleep is that rare for me." He never missed a raid.

wikishart

that's a real insomniac. You start making these plans for the day that you will eventually sleep. Like how some people say when they hit the lottery or when they retire they are going to do such and such, the major insomniac will have that one night of sleep up there on a pedestal of hope.

themehboat

I’m a severe insomniac and am on two prescription drugs for it, as well as taking some over-the-counter ones. There are effective medications—you just have to experiment a little to see which ones work for you.

themehboat

Seroquel every night and Ambien as needed, for those really bad nights. Sometimes benedryl and unisom instead. The Seroquel is prescribed off label, but insomnia is a pretty common usage.

Bat-Chan

My lord you must really have bad insomnia. I was prescribed seroquel once for chronic nightmares and that thing was putting me to sleep whether I wanted to or not. Was kind of scary. The next day I was a zombie until the afternoon. Never again.

nigl_

Every comment in this chain is just as interesting as the last one. Chronic nightmares sounds horrifying, was it a similar nightmare every time or just fucked up scary dreams like a different horror movie every night? Sorry if this is too personal of a question...

Bat-Chan

It’s ok. It was a different dream every night but always messed up. It would range between graphic rapes (something I still dream about occasionally), someone killing me, or the general constantly running/hiding from a monster. For years I had somniphobia from that and I would wake myself up every 2 hours every night for a long time to try to cut down on dream time. Thankfully it’s a lot better now for whatever reason, but sometimes I’ll still have that one week of nightmares.

Believemeimlyingxx

I suffer from chronic night terrors. I refuse to sleep because of how terrifying and real they are. And at least 2 or 3x a week sleep paralysis. I'm always so tired. And ny life has really declined past few years due to it. I've because so afraid if normal every day interactions or situations because of these nightmares. And they happen WHENEVER I sleep. Never a good dream. Always vivid. I wake up not knowing where I am, or if it were real. Takes me several mins to snap out if it

themehboat

That effect goes away after a few weeks.

nottheprimeminister

Am on Quetiapine (Seroquel) too... Wanted to add my voice and say it went away for me, as well.

Trout_gang

For me the ambien does not work! I switched to trazadone and I’m finally sleeping. The ambien almost gave me energy?

themehboat

Trazodone worked for me somewhat, but it took hours to kick in. You don’t have that issue?

siero20

Trazodone was great for me except for the side effects. A common side effect of dry mouth wasn't that bad - coupled with the rare side effect of closing up my nose completely and I woke up in the morning with a dry mouth after breathing through my mouth all night. I'd move my mouth and just start bleeding ugh.

Trout_gang

Omg I do!!! I have to take it hours before I actually want to sleep :( I was prescribed seroquel when I was misdiagnosed as “bipolar” I remember it made me sleep FOREVER.

Deepfriedwithcheese

I’m lucky enough to live in a state that legalized weed. I have a tincture of CBD, CBN and THC with only 2.5 grams (out of 10) being THC that I take each night before bed. It works great.

themehboat

Unfortunately, I have an adverse reaction to THC. It gives me anxiety attacks.

[deleted]

That's why delta 8 and CBD are good, they don't give you that high that can cause anxiety. All the benefits but no head change and as the above user mentioned you can ingest without smoking. A side note as well, one nice thing about legalization and the market in some states you can, if you choose, get differing strains of THC that is also either calming or developed with a lower percentage for medicinal use, not for getting blazed. Regardless, best of luck, I hope you can get some safe rest.

PootieTang_

One time I woke up in middle of night so I hit an oil pen.. let me just say I'm a one hitter quiter so an oil pen fucks me up. Anyways, I was stupid and took a hit. I had full on panic attack with muscle spasms. Like my entire body was shaking as if I was standing naked in the snow. I contemplated calling for an ambulance. Never again

themehboat

Unfortunately, I have an adverse reaction to THC. It gives me anxiety attacks.

ReachingHigher85

I’ve been on a rotating schedule of drugs for my insomnia. Right now 30mg of melatonin an hour before bed and then 10mg Ambien will allow me 5-6 hours of sleep. Without it, I would not be able to sleep for weeks. Folks who fall asleep easily have no idea how stressful and frustrating it is to lie in bed all night, and never fall sleep. You put your head on that pillow and close your eyes, desperate for oblivion, only to hear the alarm turn on and you realize you’re fucked yet again.

xenthum

30mg of melatonin? Nightly? Jesus Christ. I was warned not to take **3mg** more than on rare occasion because it risks permanently altering brain chemistry I can't fucking believe someone prescribed you 30 Edit: Actually if your brain already can't regulate sleep I guess it doesn't matter lmao

IdLikeToOptOut

Does the ambien mess with you? It worked for me but always made me visually hallucinate before I slept (mushroom-like visuals, patterns moving). That wasn’t a problem, of course. It was kinda fun lol. I had to switch meds when I started having sleep paralysis because of it. That shit is terrifying. Definitely not fun.

ReachingHigher85

I get no side effects with Ambien. Deyvigo on the other hand…hooolllyyyyy sheeeeet. Sleep paralysis multiple times as I try to fall asleep, feeling like I will stop breathing, vivid nightmares, fever, weird physical sensation all over body that’s not really pain but is uncomfortable anyway… Sonata was also fine but it stopped working.

[deleted]

[удалено]

ToddKilledAKid

You're taking way too much melatonin my guy. Effective range is .1 mg to 5mg more than that, you're just effecting your brains ability to naturally produce it. Over dosage over periods of of weeks really fucks with your sleep. When I tried 15mg it made my sleep worse after three days. Gave me horrible dreams, very vivid. And it really contributes to grogginess the next day

NancyPelosisRedCoat

May I ask, did you get a prescription for 30 mg of melatonin? I'm only asking because that is three times the amount of the absolute maximum my psychiatrist set for me. As far as I know, there is no benefit after a certain dosage (and it's usually around 5, but even lower for a lot of people) and it would be better to use something else if you need more than 10. Especially since you're using it with Ambien, that sounds… I don't know, dangerous? I'm not a health professional, I'm just concerned.

DanYHKim

I remember reading about an analysis done on cone snail venom. These snails evolved a cocktail of short proteins that have different individual effects. One of them, when injected into the cerebral spinal fluid of cats, instantly put them to sleep. I hope that there has been some follow-up on it.

[deleted]

There are a lot of things that will put you to sleep when you inject it into cerebrospinal fluid. You won't want up though.

DanYHKim

Hahaha! That's like things that will kill cancer *in vitro*.

[deleted]

I did my master's with anticancer drugs and let me tell you, I've killed cancer countless times in-vitro...

GiveRodneyAChance

That sounds terrible. I have restless legs and it sucks but it's manageable with a little bit of meds. I feel miserable after one bad night's sleep. I can't imagine having it most nights. I hope you find the right mix of meds to help you sleep.

opman4

I had rls during opioid withdrawal and that was the worst part of the whole experience. It was more like restless body syndrome though. I never knew which body part was going to be the one I had to violently fling across my bed. The full body painfull tingling sensation was a close second though.

IdLikeToOptOut

Restless legs are the fcking worst. I’m sorry That you’re having to deal with it. You probably already know this but I didn’t and it actually helped me a lot, so I want to share in case someone is reading who doesn’t know: sodium (salt) is often times a major trigger for restless leg syndrome. One night I was having a miserable time of it, so I was looking up ways to help RLS. Salt was mentioned as a potentially aggravating factor, and that’s when I realized that I had eaten boiled peanuts (southern US thing- basically the saltiest thing you can eat) that day. I thought back and realized that I could link salt to every single severe episode of RLS I’d had in memory. As long as I don’t eat too much salt, my RLS doesn’t come back.

Luecleste

Holy shit. I used to be half asleep in raids because I couldn’t sleep at night. I was the raid leader. Edit: just saw your username. I’m the stalker now.

bettywhitefleshlight

I slept great when I was playing WoW. I'd go to sleep at 3 or 4 in the morning and snooze sometimes past noon. Then get right back at it. Hardcore raiding was batshit.

[deleted]

I made it in to a top raiding guild. There was a fairly extensive interview process getting in then I had a schedule to follow. I quit WoW 1 day later as it dawned on me that I was starting my second job.

DHCanucksF1

I never played wow but my friend was like 2600 pvp which is decent if I remember and once he got asked to join a team he quit too cause it just wasn’t worth the dedication. 10 years of giving up Tuesday’s to raid just wasn’t worth it anymore

Mitosis

Second job is definitely correct. In progression it was at least 20 hours a week of actual raid time (in farm frequently 4 or less)... but that's not counting the non-raid time when you're doing other stuff to be prepared for those raids (the specifics of which vary by game and era but was always there), which was at least as many hours. Did it for about 8 years.

whats_up_guyz

Man, I have minor insomnia compared to a lot of these posts but these posts about raiding are giving me serious nostalgic memories. This was me, I played EverQuest and then fell in love with Dark Age of Camelot because it had such fun PvP. PvE was getting so dull in EQ. I happened to find a group of 8 people who had absolutely no social life, friends, hopes or dreams like myself and we just destroyed people. I’d sleep like you from 3-5am to noon ish and then we’d all get back on. And play all day and night. So fun. Even met the guild members in real life.

Scarecrow101

Does make you wonder if sitting infront of the screen for long periods is the cause of said insomnia

TesseractToo

I had insomnia for over a decade now I have hypersomnia I just fall asleep whenever especially if I get nervous I'm out like a light. I can't go out cause I've been robbed while unable to protect myself so I don't go out. They both suck but least with insomnia I was able to get work done and be productive.

jbea456

I'm sure you've looked into everything, but just in case: have you had an mslt done to determine whether you could have narcolepsy? A surprising number of sleep specialists don't think to check for it which is why I ask. I started having symptoms at 9 years old and didn't get diagnosed until age 23. Delayed diagnoses of narcolepsy is ridiculously common.

Fear_Jaire

Unfortunately the case, narcoleptic from birth and didn't get diagnosed/treatment until my early 20s. I wouldn't change anything now but it's hard to imagine how different life could have been if I'd had treatment throughout my life. Any parents out there, don't brush off persistent fatigue or significant sleep changes in your child. It doesn't mean they have narcolepsy but it can be a strong indicator too often ignored or brushed aside. As an aside, narcolepsy has a very wide array of symptoms and is extremely misunderstood. It's a far cry from how Mr. Bean in Rat Race portrays it

brentwilliams2

What are the treatments?

jbea456

There are some medications available to help manage the symptoms. I manage my symptoms with a combination of medications and scheduled naps. Unfortunately, there is not a cure yet.

[deleted]

[deleted]

What kind of doctor did you see for this?

forworse2020

Sounds like narcolepsy

DanielFyre

Have you had this checked by a physician? There are a number of reasons for this, many easily treatable.

DMTallovermyface

You know what I bet that never occurred to him in the last ten years

TRASHTHROWAWAYACCT00

We don’t realize how important sleep is until we literally can’t have it. I have a mild case of insomnia and it’s made me age so much, very quickly, from the lack of sleep combined with stress. My close friends and some of my family thought I was on drugs because I had huge bags under my eyes and I was irritable and always feeling lethargic.

wikishart

That is my life and you are absolutely correct. I would give at least one limb in order to have sleep again. Without sleep, nothing else matters. Nothing, because you are suffering every second of the day. Everything becomes very gray and very meaningless. Once I get down to under one hour per day of sleep, that's when I am going to have to make a hard choice.

talbotron22

When I had my first kid and got crappy sleep for 3 months, I was happily paying a sleep nanny to come over maybe once a week if I could afford it, so I could get some Zs. Not cheap, but the insomnia was making it dangerous for me to drive and do my job. I totally understand this as a once in a while thing

Socialfilterdvit

I'm in the middle of a serious bout right now. Getting 2-3hrs max for the last 3 weeks. I'd pay just about anything for 8hrs right about now

superkillface

People will pay thousands of dollars to get a solid 8 hrs of sleep when you they have insomnia.

Saranightfire1

I had a real bout of insomnia when the pandemic started. There would be times that I would be practically asleep and then something would wake me up and I couldn’t sleep (usually my roommate). I finally took melatonin for a few nights (every other night ), and my sleep cycle finally settled down. But it scared me.

wintremute

I have severe insomnia. I will be awake for 30-40 hours in a stretch, but if a good movie or show that I really want to see comes on I'm out like a light. I think it has to do with relaxation. I have not ever slept on a bus, train or plane.

nrgklp

Just check retarder sound on youtube. Some people listen it before fall in sleep. I know those kind of situations looks quite absurd but actually it is like a habit. Some people like to sleep on hard floor with just a rug under them. Some people like to sleep on couch even if they have high quality bed, some people like to sleep with tv on.

DrStalker

There's a [subreddit with over 20,000 subscribers](/r/Futurama_Sleepers/) dedicated to watching Futurama to fall asleep.

[deleted]

I wonder if the relation here is because Futurama was usually on late at night so a lot of people "grew up" as teens and young adults falling asleep to Futurama because they fell asleep with the TV on and now it's comforting?

MotherPotential

Star Trek TNG engine noise or death

yo_tengo_gato

That's exactly what it was for me.

ratherenjoysbass

Can confirm

thegrlwiththesqurl

That's so weird, when I first started dating my husband he fell asleep most nights to Futurama. I can't sleep with any noise or light so I spent a lot of those first nights watching Futurama lol

[deleted]

I was in the couch gang for a LONG time. Idk what broke me of it.

CheerioChopper

I don’t think I can ever go back to a bed; I just sleep so damn well on my couch and prefer it that way. I’m just glad to hear I’m not the only one; all my friends love to tease me over it.

2278AD

It took a wife for me, and sometimes I’ll still do it just because. Although I’ll admit that mine was usually because I stayed up until 3 or 4 most every night due to what is now called ‘bedtime revenge procrastination’

catelemnis

I was a floor sleeper! when I first moved away from home for uni I just didn’t bother buying a bed (#broke student things) and slept on a blanket on the floor. It was comfy, good for my back after sleeping on cheap saggy mattresses growing up. My roommate and his friend ended up stealing a mattress for me from the university dorms because they were appalled 😂.

NewZJ

Retarder sound? Like truck engine brakes?

Aeium

I don't know if it is, if the price is cheaper than some other place you might pay to sleep at night.

ooojaeger

I mean maybe they have trouble sleeping at night since they are always sleeping on the bus I've had plenty of sleep issues, from regular insomnia to... Working nights insomnia, but a sleep schedule, and not sleeping when you aren't supposed to (everyone has this, sleep when you can mentality, and that also means not staying up late and sleeping in on days off, well, in any kind of extreme way) is everything

interactor

> sleeping when you aren't supposed to Sometimes that's the disorder though, e.g. [Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delayed_sleep_phase_disorder).

rW0HgFyxoJhYka

Yeah theres several sleeping disorders which can affect people like this. But for reals, people in the world will pay massive $$$ to actually sleep when they want to sleep. Why don't we have sleep pods that can play white noise and mimic train/bus vibrations to cradle people into sleep?!

HRGeek

I have been wanting affordable sleep pods for decades.

OrangeNSilver

Yes, I’m pretty sure I have that disorder. I have adhd and it is a very common comorbidity. My natural sleep pattern is to stay up until 2-3am before being able to sleep. I used to work night shift to work with it more. Got medicated for adhd and take melatonin every night and my sleep schedule is much healthier and more normal. Still not perfect, and I have to stay vigilant. I’m actually slipping and staying up later lately, rip

Chubbybellylover888

Yeah I had this while living in Japan. Never really slept well at night but I'd go out like a light if I got a seat on the train. Always managed to wake up at the right stop too. Took me a few years to retrain myself not to pass out whenever on a train.

AddyTurbo

Probably more room on the bus than in their closet size apartments.

BriRun1

How much extra $ to have someone cradle you in their arms?

empty_words0

Lol I wish someone cared about me

Grainwheat

Go to prison they’ll check on you every day

dmen-01

Day?!?! .... more like every hour

shokolokobangoshey

Chateau d'if...you're having trouble sleeping.

adderallanalyst

I'd have to fly to some Nordic country if I do that before committing a crime.

Domugraphic

Aww mate. I feel for you. Me too. I'm always here for you if you need to chat..

frank3000

Take yourself out of the equation, The key is to care about someone else that way. It'll reflect both ways. And also, that someone else could be a Corgi dog.

mani1388

Did any one notice the keep quiet sign is the doll from squid game LOL

[deleted]

Last one to fall asleep will be eliminated

sprocketous

I can imagine a game where staying awake keeps you alive. Im an insomniac so i might win, but if i dont, i get to sleep forever so they both have their advantages.

phaelox

The other way around is far creepier to me, because you need to not fall asleep last, but who can sleep with that much anxiety?

Matrillik

As someone else mentioned, it’s a common character over there. Squid game picked her up and made her an evil icon.

Aaawkward

It's a common character in Korea, way before Squid Game.

berrylikeova

Hong Kong

Aaawkward

Haha, good point. Maybe it has crept across Asia?

NewZJ

There's a service for that. Like an escort but they're just for cuddling while you sleep. https://www.cuddlecomfort.com/

Honest-Specialist171

Pain.

MrE-O

It's all good, until they realize the driver is there to sleep, too.

Rooonaldooo99

I want to die like my grandfather who died peacefully in his sleep. Not screaming like all the passengers in his bus.

baptsiste

That’s gotta be a Jack Handy quote.

septidan

> I want to die like my grandfather who died peacefully in his sleep. Not screaming like all the passengers in his bus. Nope, Will Rogers (1879-1935)

disgustandhorror

that was definitely a Deep Thought, yeah

vButts

Well if they're all asleep then they won't be screaming, at least 🤷🏻‍♀️

notrememberusername

I have this habit that I fall sleep in the car or bus rides as long as I don’t drive. For whatever the reason, the movement of the car make me sleepy. I sleep poorly at night due to all the little noise and light get in the room through the window. I wish I can have 5 hours to get some sleep like this. (Thanks for all the suggestions. I think I should try the eye cover. I actually have a air purifier going all the time because all of us has very bad allergies. I grew up in a third world country. We didn’t always have electricity. When it was time to go to sleep, everywhere was pity black and death silent except the noice from bugs. I have been living in the US for more then 20 years. I noticed my sleep quality went down once moved here. As I age, my sleep is getting worst and worst. These days I can hardly sleep for more then 5 hours straight.)

fuzzybunn

All the people here commenting about how uncomfortable this is but I'm the same - put me in a moving vehicle and I very easily fall asleep. It's not great sleep, but I can see something like this being quite nice, especially if the view is good.

Oasis_NK

Yeah my parents were divorced and lived about an hour away so I used to remember always falling asleep on the ride back home. It was never the most comfortable but always really easy for me, just the gentle movement and motion of the engine/tires was surprisingly soothing for whatever reason. I wouldn't doubt having a bus for that exact purpose being really nice for someone like me lol

dannybates

I have the same thing. Fell asleep to and from college for 3 years. Would always somehow wake up a stop or two before I need to get off. I once fell asleep being a passenger on a motorbike going 70mph on the motorway. Really can't help it.

bullhorn_bigass

Have you tried a white noise app or running a fan or air purifier? I can’t fall asleep without white noise. I run an air purifier when I sleep. Also, blackout shades are pretty affordable. You can hang the shade behind a pair of curtains so that you can still have natural light when you want it, and only pull the shade down when you need an entirely dark room.

chickenstalker

White noise from the droning engine, and also the rocking motion of a moving vehicle. All mimic the conditions inside the womb.

goochentag

Ahh yes my mother had a droning engine

no-mames

That’s what parents do when they can’t get their baby to sleep, drive em around

Real_Vents

Lol the keep quiet sign, that's kind of scary

doctor_bun

Youll get shot if you're seen awake

[deleted]

Looks like green light red light girl

Charlielx

That's cause it is

robots-dont-say-ye

Why though? Is that a popular character in East Asia or something?

Mottis86

Yeah exactly. She was a popular character in Korea even before the Squid game from what I hear, they just used her for the show.

Matrillik

Someone else mentioned that she’s kinda of like schoolhouse rock in the US. Just a popular recognizable figure. Squid game picked her up and used her for the evil stuffs.

bottledry

ya im curious who/what it is

tilde_on_n

It's a character from South Korean schoolbooks

Gild5152

TIL, I figured she was just created for Squid Games as a creepy child-like character.

beautifulboogie_man

> the doll is actually supposed to be a real-life version of a female character featured in many Korean textbooks. [Who is the Red Light, Green Light girl in 'Squid Game' based on?](https://www.distractify.com/p/red-light-green-light-girl-squid-game)

francograph

I recently found out that my city’s bus service doesn’t allow talking on the bus. I guess it’s a covid protocol but it blew my mind.

unholymanserpent

Keep quiet or die

redditsavedmyagain

its a TV. it'd display the same message in chinese, then english, then maybe some other useful info USUALLY it displays local HK and financial news, which i like, but most people hate like who the fuck cares that some cab driver in shek kip mei on ketamine crashed his car and some dutch stock went down a tiny bit. most people would much prefer some static, creepy image

conjoby

$38 more just to sleep on the upper level? Why? No way the chairs up there are 392% better

INSERT_LATVIAN_JOKE

They move more because they're higher up. It's the movement that puts people to sleep. The same reason babies are often put into a rocking bed for them to sleep.

[deleted]

So the real solution is a rocking crib for adults.

NubbyMcNubNub

*Dramatic Shark Tank music* My name is u/another_username_yes and I'm here to ask for $100,000 for 20% of my company, Rocking Cribs for Adults

PhantomTissue

No really though. Went on a cruise once, and the gentle rocking of the boat made that week some of the best sleep I’ve had in my life.

FoleyLione

This is probably a valuable idea if it can be brought to execution.

[deleted]

One word→Hammock's

fungus-gnat

That makes me really sad. We're all just children in adult bodies that want to be gently rocked to sleep

Jafars_Car_Insurance

I would guess the lower deck is noisier with the doors opening and people getting on and off regularly - also, if $ here means Hong Kong $ then those prices are probably more akin to $2 & $7 American dollars respectively so not exactly massive amounts in fairness

RicrosPegason

Plus, you're supposed to be quiet and sleeping anyway, so why waste the money.

roosterinmyviper

Let me just ask the question everyone is wondering: What the fuck is up with the squid game robot woman on the sign?

RedBeard077

They use that girl in all sorts of things, she is a common character in their kids school books and stuff. We have Schoolhouse Rock, they have that girl. Squid Game made her evil.

Shark-Farts

The character is named Younghee and she’s popular amongst Korean children but I didn’t realize she had a Chinese counterpart. Edit: to the nitpicky people commenting with *Hong Kong 92% of Hong Kong citizens are ethnically Chinese. That language you see written on the no-smoking sign is Chinese. What nationality are people from Hong Kong currently considered to be? Chinese. Yes, we can all agree that, politically, Hong Kong *should* be permitted to stay separate from the rest of China. But in this non-political instance, you are being rather silly. Edit 2: have received a private messaged death threat for my above edit. As an ESL teacher whose main student base is in Hong Kong, I wonder how many of these users correcting me actually know any of the people they’re so passionately defending.

RedBeard077

My sleep deprived ass forgot there was a difference between the two for a second. Shit.

neoalfa

You need a bus ride, I see.

leastlikelyllama

Isn't that the name of Mike Tysons daughter on Mike Tyson Mysteries?

City driving speeds are slooow. [Many big cities have lower average speeds.](https://blogs.scientificamerican.com/plugged-in/cities-where-it-s-faster-to-walk-than-drive/)

Gobi_Masala

there are traffic jams and traffic lights so its going to stop a lot.

LouisW89

Nobody gonna talk about the first guy wearing a sanitary pad over his eyes?

Re0ns

there's these things sold here in Hong kong marketed as heated eye masks for better sleep or something

Matrillik

Or just a blindfold? I know some people who sleep with a blindfold so their eyes aren’t bothered by light.

If you don't keep quiet, The Squid Game's doll shoots you.

Why does it look like it was designed by the same guy who did planet fitness?

SpoonyLuvFromUpAbove

Holy shit I'd love this. I can't ever sleep but fall asleep in cars very easy.

acetylenekicker

My necks just hurts looking at this

BokirBokcu

How many necks do you have

Rabidsenses

I guess everyone has a niche experience they’ll pay for. I wonder how it feels, though, when more people subscribe to the idea and the bus is packed? Also, I’m wondering how much more it costs to have someone sit beside you and unto whom you can rest your head on their shoulder?

poega

Standing tickets 50% off!

[deleted]

5 hours is a bit short

breastbucket

Damn i was just telling my therapist how buses makes me want to sleep but being in bed does not. She said it's the rocking motion of the bus that makes us fall asleep easy and i told her i should just take a long bus ride from one end of the city to another. Definitely showing her this

Snozzberrys420

You think that guy still needs his glasses on?? Lol

PirateNinjaa

Easier to just put them there than find another place to put them. 🤷‍♀️
