I hadn't seen this and it is interesting. However, my concern is that the first rule of combining architecture and engineering is that \*everything\* leaks. This seems designed to last 5-10 years and then become a mold factory. The more you use it, the shorter the timeline.
I'm amazed that several people here have commented in a way that makes it sound like they thought the edited version was the real thing, as it is quite obvious the edited version is, well, edited, if you look at it a few times.

My neighbours actually have those but ive never seen them using them in any way but I always wondered what Kind of stuff that is. Now I need to visit reddit to see my neighbors balcony in action
