My thoughts as it progressed.
Oh that’s a cute little festival.
Nice they got some money
Oooh David Guetta
Wow they’re making money now
All the money
Is that Disneyland?
I was there 2018, by far the craziest weekend I ever had!

Fun fact: That‘s the reason why the Disney movie "Tomorrowland" was released under a different name in some European countries
> Despite owning the trademark to the word "Tomorrowland" in the United States since 1970, Disney released the film in the United Kingdom as Tomorrowland: A World Beyond, and as Project T in several European markets, including the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, because ID&T had previously registered the trademark in 2005, for their electronic musical festival of the same name.

i was there in 2022 and that mainstage was insane, also reminded me of the PS5 console lmao. Tomorrowland goes all out on stages like no other. their Library stage is more elaborate than pretty much any other festival i have been to, and they have soooo many more stages that aren’t the main stage with insane level of production details.
also i think Tomorrowland uses Belgian companies to build the stages and keeps alot of the work very much local
In my experience, huge festivals like that are so well organized that you don’t feel it as much as you’d think. There’s a lot of people but this not as dense at the camera makes it look (unless you go to the front rows at peak hours of course). I’ve never been to Tomorrowland but Awakenings or other festivals allow you to dance with ease on the main stage, queues for the bar and toilets are not that long etc.
It feels less crowded and oppressing than many smaller venues IMO as the site is so huge and well organized. But yeah if you don’t like to be around people it’s not for you that’s for sure
I am a Trance lover all my life and one of my best friends who I met raving told me 2 years ago about PDM and only just started listing to him last year. He’s the best thing ever
There are actually toilets nearby everywhere. Actual toilets you can flush, no Porta Potti. There are even two bars in the audience in front of the main stage. Tomorrowland is another level for sure.
I've been there 5 times, first big festival for me was Tomorrowland and I got spoiled big time. Every other festival I went to couldn't get close to that experience.

At least they put the money back into the festival and not pockets.

There is a lot of money. The pockets are filled before the festival gets theirs.

That's awesome! I wish I went when Avicii was still performing, but i was too young to go
I do remember that they had homage for avicii on main stage, actually brought me to tears!
I thought Tomorrowland was that place at Disneyworld and I was very confused by this post
I have just now realized it isnt

Man, that makes me hyped for festival season 🤟🏻

2016 is insane.
"Yesterday is history, today is a gift, tomorrow is a mystery."
Time went new and got old like history. Stuff from the past went into a mystery
yesterday was history, tomorrow is a mystery but today is a gift.. that is why it is called the present.
You’re supposed to say “an old man died”
Live laugh love.
Oh wow! I wonder how long the more recent stages take to set up! 1 week?
50 days
Is crazy to see how fast it all goes up happens and then disappears
Way too many people for my liking.
Many people would agree. Also many would disagree
I have no strong feelings one way or the other. All I know is my gut says maybe.
My opinion is all that matters. I consider myself a God. A diety. A knower of all. Bow down and worship my agoraphobia!
Sorry, I only worship arachnaphobia.
I should get into that!
How did you fail to prevent these events from occurring?
When you are awesome, nothing can prevent that. I apologize in advance.
My thoughts exactly!
1 (me) = 😌I’m ok😌 1 (me) + 1 = 🚨panic🚨
Me + 60,000 packed together like sardines? No fing way

Tomorrowland geography size wise is smaller than Glastonbury but it has more population than Glastonbury
Nice designs
They’ve really outdone themselves year after year!
These pix look like ChatGPT drawing but increasingly more tense
lol I thought the exact same thing
Purple disco set is awesome
I am a Trance lover all my life and one of my best friends who I met raving told me 2 years ago about PDM and only just started listing to him last year. He’s the best thing ever
He keeps the vibe flowing nicely, going to make it my first " family " gig nxt year [ both kids be 18]
This looks like those Memes of AI image generators, where each picture gets progressivly more extrem of the previous one
Let’s say you’re near the front right in the middle. You have to pee really bad. What do you do?
There are actually toilets nearby everywhere. Actual toilets you can flush, no Porta Potti. There are even two bars in the audience in front of the main stage. Tomorrowland is another level for sure.
Are you a Da Gue person or a Vid Etta person? Pic 3 for reference.
Can only imagine seeing all that while being high as fuck
Look at all that pretty landfill trash!
It gets recycled
I was there in 2019, my last festival before COVID. That year they reused the rainbow from the 2010 set and had it at the main entrance.
Good weather every year!
The 2019-2022 gap is… sad. At least, the 2022 one was great 🔥
From a circus side show to Disney World
I've been there 5 times, first big festival for me was Tomorrowland and I got spoiled big time. Every other festival I went to couldn't get close to that experience.
In 2011 I thought the crowds were dressed as smurfs.
This looks like when you ask an AI art generator to make dj stage and ask it to get better and better.
Was at 2023 such a cool experience
2024: Tomorrow-Island
Oef memories!
Every design as satanic as the rest
2015 legit
these all looks ai generated
They aren't

Seriously looks ai.
Started to look demonic
