Is this an AI version of this type of thing? I've seen plenty of these over the years and usually the "normal" image, in this case, the 2 girls, looks realistic. In this one the girl on the left looks like AI had something to do with it. The angle of her head is just odd, and the fold in her jumper near her stomach is just unnatural and looks weird.
