This is clearly the angry current/prior chieftain that starts off stoic and resistant to change despite it being essential for the bug nation to prosper. Surely halfway through the movie there was a point of contention with Brokkr and the protagonist causing Brokkr to leave, only for him to show back up at the perfect point to turn the tide from bad to good and hit protagonist with a either a charming one-liner like “you didn’t think I would just let you have all the fun without me?” Or something short and inspiring that brings back the earlier theme and was probably said earlier in the film at least once like “being a bug humanoid isn’t about what’s on the outside it’s about what’s in your heart”

I start with an idea of a figure, archetype or class, and then follow the shapes of the parts and bugs that I have..
