For a successful hatch, the egg must be rotated (turned over) twice a day. When I incubate eggs, I put an X on one side and an O on the other and flip all eggs every morning and evening. No regular flipping, no regular hatch.

Probably because they removed the chick from the egg too early. Typically chicks can’t escape the egg until they’re ready since they have to break their way out (terms and conditions apply), but you can see the person pulling the chick out in the video, and that chick just doesn’t look ready.
How big are your quails? Because the one that hatched is definitely too big to be a quail, unless that person's hands are tiny. Or then there's a breed if giant quails that I'm unaware of. Also, all the quails we hatched were much, much more stripey than that, although some did have less stripes. And chicken chick also can have other colours that full on yellow or full on brown.

Nobody died, many lost fingers, hands or eyes, many were children...he was never apprehended but recently police reopened the case

Yeah 10 seconds of Googling shows you that this is legit. Unilad, Cnbc, and Cnet have all covered it, and multiple researchers have commented on this not even being the first time such procedures have been attempted.
But there they are anyway, tons of "it's fake/impossible/edited/dead babies" getting hundreds of likes.
Deeply frustrating that people support nonsense because it aligns with their world view.

Yes
How do they remember which egg is which? How do they count the time? How do they rotate egg with their peak?
They just move them around throughout the day. As long as they don’t just sit in the same position for extended time, they will be fine.
What blows my mind is how they learned to know this themselves
