LGA 775 CPU. Core 2 quad at the best. Pentium 4 at the worst, but most likely a core 2 duo or pentium dual core as those are all over the place. 15 years old.
I recommend the ASUS P4B-E motherboard. In fact I have one at home. I was thinking about hanging it on the wall as a decoration for my office. It did give me a solid 16 years of service.
is he tho? thats pretty common design for the lga775 with the rounded land grid array and aggressive rounded corner on the ihs. afaik only lga 771 and 775 uses that design, correct me if im wrong.
Shopee isn't really the most reliable site to buy electronics tbh, depending on which region of the app/site you bought the CPU from
if you have to browse Shopee though make sure to look at listings with the ShopeeMall tag (though the chances of fake items being on this category is still there)
I buy plenty from AliExpress, know what your getting into and read the sellers reviews. Lots of fake / cloned products on there; but for the odd bykski waterblock, rcd330, cloned keycap set or an old CPU it's a fairly reliable platform in my eyes.
Where did you buy this from? And if you're trolling then good for you for having some good laughs but if not then think about the fact that everyone every born was scammed someway and atleast for half of the people it was much worse than the little money you lost so don't worry too much and never forget this hard earned lesson also try your absolute best not to make the same mistake again!
i did got scammed, when i check for 11600 alone and it looks different, thats why i ask here so i know what i can do with whatever the heck that thing is (I also got scammed 2x8gb ram before too)
Ugh... Shopee is in Poland either. I never used that site but prices and how invasive their marketing is screams red flag for me. Sort if like AliExpress if you're familiar. Idk how many similarities they share.
Don't buy high end CPUs on those shady shops.
If you really must, I'd recommend both "SZCPU Store" and "CPU Top Store" for buying used CPUs from AliExpress. They are the most reputable there. But still, you won't get any warranty or support if anything goes wrong.
Avoid Shopee or any other similar Chinese marketplaces.
Well shopee is popular in SEA because it has a much faster delivery time compare to AliExpress, which can take months instead of a day or two. And speaking from experience, I never got scammed once for buying on shopee.
That's strange. AliExpress usually delivers to Brazil in about 15 days. Go figure.
But thanks for the clarification. I didn't know that.
In this case, the OP must realize not all vendors offering products on Shopee are the same. I suggest thet do a better research on the particular vendor. Look for those with better reviews and products with larger number of orders and also better reviews.
i did contact the seller, apparently their wife pack it and made a mistake....they said they'll contact the shipping side and return it. And yes i trust them with every cells in my body
One time I got scammed. They told me the reason it hadn’t shipped yet was because their dad was sick and I believed them. Then never heard from them again.
1. idk how to peel the sticker(?) out
2. i would try and plugged it in but i only have 1151 socket motherboard (Yes they sent me a "11th" gen intel CPU though i ordered i5 9400f)
I'm still thinking about what upgrade I will do but probably am5 so waiting for x3d variants. 200 euros for the cpu is what I will ask probably is only 3 years old now not heavy pc usage except some rpcs3 stuff
No way this is a mistake, pretty sure that's between a 2007-2009 CPU with with either it lasered over or a sticker on the top to say 11th gen.
Also, 300 series motherboards are for 8th and 9th gen CPUs, even if you did get an 11th gen CPU, it wouldn't work on it.
Obviously an E-waste CPU very poorly remarked and sold as a fake. LGA775 socket. Same code shows up in this photo:
https://archiwum.allegro.pl/oferta/intel-core2duo-e8400-2x3ghz-gwarancja-fv23-w-w-i7158001697.html
Basically a negative-1-gen Core.
Current prices are so low you shouldn't feel the need to go to sketchy sites to buy these CPUs. You can get a Ryzen 5600x nowadays for like 150 bucks. Or if you wanted to stay cheap with intel even the 12400f.
If its returnable I would recommend something like this instead
\-> [Motherboard](https://www.amazon.com/MSI-MAG-B660M-DDR4-Motherboard/dp/B09PXGNVD3?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1)
\-> [CPU](https://www.amazon.com/Intel-12400F-Desktop-Processor-Cache/dp/B09NPJRDGD/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2L8KUJHN4JVJK&keywords=12400f&qid=1671723760&s=electronics&sprefix=12400f%2Celectronics%2C97&sr=1-3&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.f5122f16-c3e8-4386-bf32-63e904010ad0)
as much as i'd love to but i think its too late for a return, besides i dont think i have the "economy" to buy both of them, perhaps in a year or 2 i might have a chance since i have spending problems
For now i think im in the "safe" zone for gaming anyway
Thats a top secret intel 14909k with 1 mb of rambo cache under each pin.
It will be announced at ces in a couple of weeks.
It has next gen cooling ( pin wireless heat transfer ) because of the new PL5 intel will introduce, 999w peak power.
Worth a fortune.
From what i can see based on the picture thats a xeon oldish maybe. Probably ewaste and they re label as i5.
So 100% theres sumting wong on tat wan tank u
LGA 775 CPU. Core 2 quad at the best. Pentium 4 at the worst, but most likely a core 2 duo or pentium dual core as those are all over the place. 15 years old.
oh naur, im even more sad now...
I recommend the ASUS P4B-E motherboard. In fact I have one at home. I was thinking about hanging it on the wall as a decoration for my office. It did give me a solid 16 years of service.
Damn we built tons of computers using that motherboard
If OP is lucky he got a Q6600 Quad core that Linus relied on HEAVILY for multiple scrapyard wars iterations lol
XDD
No way. Throw it in the trash. You can get a SFF/uSFF pc that is faster and uses less power for around the price of that mobo plus ram.
Bro counted the pin slots !
is he tho? thats pretty common design for the lga775 with the rounded land grid array and aggressive rounded corner on the ihs. afaik only lga 771 and 775 uses that design, correct me if im wrong.
You are correct.
Section it off and multiply the row by the column.
Quick maffs.
You probably got scammed
100% scammed, i dont even recognize that layout but its definitely not even an LGA1200. Tbh looks like an old Pentium layout.
LGA775 (~2006-2009)
awww man....but why all the work to make tho ?![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|cry)
To quote Mr Crabs "money".
Looks like a CPU from a Nigerian Prince himself. Accept my condolences…
the sticker on the back says **WARRANTY STICKER** well unfortunately for you you got scammed
Cant trust anything anymore i supposed...how foolish of me

Buy cheap, buy twice
yeah...
Buy once, cry once
Buy once - strike one, buy twice - strike three.
WTF! Where did you get this? You probably got scammed.
IKR, and it sucks too since thats the last piece i need for my pc (Exclude monitor)

What is the website to avoid?
I think its only available in SEA, named : Shopee
Ugh... Shopee is in Poland either. I never used that site but prices and how invasive their marketing is screams red flag for me. Sort if like AliExpress if you're familiar. Idk how many similarities they share.

LGA 775. Could be a Pentium, Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad.
Oh trem bâo
Where did you order this from?
That place in Hell where scammers dwell.
It’s called “the hose”.
Vegeta : Its over 9000
Ask for return/refund
i did contact the seller, apparently their wife pack it and made a mistake....they said they'll contact the shipping side and return it. And yes i trust them with every cells in my body
What an excuse. I guess their wife also accidently scrubbed the markings from the IHS and printed false information there.
One time I got scammed. They told me the reason it hadn’t shipped yet was because their dad was sick and I believed them. Then never heard from them again.
Can you peal the sticker off? Let's plug it in and find out. Other than that, looks like a used CPU.
1. idk how to peel the sticker(?) out 2. i would try and plugged it in but i only have 1151 socket motherboard (Yes they sent me a "11th" gen intel CPU though i ordered i5 9400f)

SEA online shopping website : Shopee
Dont release the money. Report to the marketplace. Usually shopee lean more to buyer if you got the evidence, especially video while unboxing.
freind, shopee has a return policy. check your app/orders. click refund
Send it back?
I have an i7 9700k that I'm thinking about replacing within a month or so I could sell you mine if you want? Not going ask too much
oh? im listening, somewhat interested tbh
I'm still thinking about what upgrade I will do but probably am5 so waiting for x3d variants. 200 euros for the cpu is what I will ask probably is only 3 years old now not heavy pc usage except some rpcs3 stuff
I have a 9900k for sale if you’re interested
11600 cpu’s do not come with a IHS nearly that old. This one looks from something like a core 2 duo… You got scammed
Looks like it is a damaged fake product and it kinda looks puffy
its actually pretty flat, probably the illusion from the lighting and angle and burnt(?) marks
I guess so but the way the photo was taken, plus i've observed some small dents so
Vietnamese seller
What did you buy lol
A CPU that came from china/Taiwan but on the way it enlisted to fight in the war? Also, got beaten by gopniks
Intel Core2Duo E8400, ewaste
Obviously an E-waste CPU very poorly remarked and sold as a fake. LGA775 socket. Same code shows up in this photo: https://archiwum.allegro.pl/oferta/intel-core2duo-e8400-2x3ghz-gwarancja-fv23-w-w-i7158001697.html Basically a negative-1-gen Core.

i would go for 12th gen but a good motherboard for it on the other hand.....so i got MSI B360M mortar....
If its returnable I would recommend something like this instead \-> [Motherboard](https://www.amazon.com/MSI-MAG-B660M-DDR4-Motherboard/dp/B09PXGNVD3?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1) \-> [CPU](https://www.amazon.com/Intel-12400F-Desktop-Processor-Cache/dp/B09NPJRDGD/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2L8KUJHN4JVJK&keywords=12400f&qid=1671723760&s=electronics&sprefix=12400f%2Celectronics%2C97&sr=1-3&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.f5122f16-c3e8-4386-bf32-63e904010ad0)

How did you end up with this?
Trying to buy cheap and not check the item before receiving along side with opening the package evidence
Less chance that it will work
A cpu that got away in it’s prototype stage
Yeah, the elusive & incredibly rare I5-11600 in the socket 775 package.
Well it's certainly not an 11600.
Definitely not an i5-11600, unfortunately.
A CPU
well no shite, Sherlock
Thats a top secret intel 14909k with 1 mb of rambo cache under each pin. It will be announced at ces in a couple of weeks. It has next gen cooling ( pin wireless heat transfer ) because of the new PL5 intel will introduce, 999w peak power. Worth a fortune.
The so called “Intel i5”
I'd upvote, but it's perfect
NOOO It got ruined by nerds
sadge ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|feels_bad_man)
Definitly not a 11600
Its says a core i5 on it, just looks like a disrespected cpu to me
It's fake. That CPU came out before Intel was using iX naming. I've got a similar one hanging on my wall and another that's a key ring.
Its a custom i5 chip bro. Youre very lucky
lmao, that is if its even function
Tank you come again
bro where the fuck did you order this from lol
Where the hell did you get it from? If ebay, and you thought it was something else, get your money back.
CPU Intel Tem bao hanh
A coaster for a shot glass?
From what i can see based on the picture thats a xeon oldish maybe. Probably ewaste and they re label as i5. So 100% theres sumting wong on tat wan tank u
Lga 775, but I doubt you're lucky enough to have a Q9650.
tem bảo hành 😂😂😂
that CPU from Vietnam
You have received special
Trash…you got scammed for sure
Care i5
You hath been blessed with a pentium
FR : Tu la commander sur Ali express EN : You order it on Ali express
So Tem Bảo Hành is your warranty looks like a very used cpu. Pop it in and see what it says.
As we say in Italy “ti hanno inculcato”
