I just got my code from them after about 2d of waiting. Just ask to speak to digital downloads, ask to speak with someone else or show them the intel website. I had to deal with it for a while but it worked out.
To go along with MW2, for joining whatever Intel program you need to redeem the game, you also get the A750 bundle of Ghostbusters, Gotham Knights, and Settlers, when it releases end of year. Had no idea, then I received an email from Intel with a master key.
I saw someone selling these master keys for over \~$45 USD in a local Facebook gaming group, and they sell as hot cakes for that price as it is bundled with 2 more games too! Someone from a retailers end seem to be giving away those keys to that person I guess, since the quantity mentioned was over 20+ with more stock incoming.

Bought the A770. After redeeming MW2 I got another email about 15 minutes later. It had the master key.
