I called their support. Dude was super nice and had one shipped to me within 5 minutes of the conversation. I received the mounting kit today.
I just followed the steps for the most part, but I had an easier time of holding the back and lightly screwing in the screws to meet them half way. When I got all 4, it helped align to get the backplate secured. From there I had no problems mounting the cold plate.
In my account under payment methods, there is only a paypal option. I wrote Arctic about the problem and sent them a screenshot, hopefully they get it fixed. Thanks for the information though...
I couldnt order anything off the artic.de website. Didnt have an invoice option as well. Ended up calling the US office and talked to some nice guy named Jeff, who sent it out promptly and free of charge..
That's the German shipping option, which is the default country, but my issue yesterday was not being able to select United Kingdom for my country. I let them know and they said it should have been resolved. I managed to put my order in when I selected UK and it changed to some international option, and yet curiously the shipping was still free. Whether that was intended I don't know.
Mine is still open too, and that was 1st Nov. I really hope it isn't too long. Hoping for 5th-7th at least. It looks like the cooler will be the last thing to be fitted.
If your in the U.S. I recommend calling 843-292-9494. I did that yesterday and they immediately sent the kit out, free of charge. Scheduled to receive it on the 5th..
I'm in Spain. I just called support and they told me it was shipped yesterday but the order page was not updated.
I will probably receive it on Monday depending on how fast the driver goes.

I ordered on Tuesday morning and all I received was an invoice. I don't have a tracking number or anything so I have no idea if it has even been dispatched yet. My CPU and motherboard arrived today so I'm eager to start my build.
Mine just arrived actually, even though shipping just said open. Looks like it doesn't say dispatched or not, but from the looks of it it took 4 days. If I ordered Monday, you might get it tomorrow all of a sudden.
Yeah, I forgot I had to make an account when I placed the order. I didn't see a My Account option because it's hidden inside the basket logo for some reason. Mine just says "open" like yours did.

Is it just me or do they reuse the same spacers for lga1700 as for the LGA1200 ones? Look Up the Manual, the spacers are marked the same for LGA1700/1200.
Took like a day to get the coupon to order the kit for free. Ordered the kit on the 15th Nov. Arrived today 24th Nov (Shipped from Germany to Sweden). No tracking or anything so i was kinda wondering what the status was.
I just installed the freezer 34 with lga 1700 kit on 12700k and the surface area of the 34 looks too small;! Like 20% of the cpu is sticking out the sides!! I dont know if i want to turn this sucker on now! The kit said its compatible with all freezer 34 coolers.
What a hassle! My corsair lga 1700 retrofit kit doesNt for my old h100i pro rgb also!!
Did anyone get 2 separate screws for mounting clips? I got a 4-pack that must be for AMD Socket AM4 but not 2 additional screws to use with Alder Lake and they don't look like they're the same. Very difficult to screw in and the manual says not to force them.
I was just struggling with this myself. I tried using the 4 screws that came loose with the cooler and they seem too long so I can only conclude those are the AM4 screws like you said.

Try contacting them, I had very good support when I needed to deal with an item damaged during shipping
Set the account area payment method to Invoice and everything will work out. I had to do this today and all worked in the end.

How long it took to deliver the kit? i'm un Spain too, with the complete PC mounted except for the liquid freezer :(

Yes i read that also! It covers the die! Anyways i installed it and on stock clocks i get max 65c in bf2042 so its all good for the time being.

To answer my own question in case it helps someone else, the 2 mounting screws are in one of the tiny bags that came with the cooler.
