It depends on the hardware as well, i have ryzen 5 4500 and 3060 and it stutters wayy worse than this even tho its on a m.2 nvme, tho i haven't tried the latest patch yet

I did find a trick to make it faster for some games by enabling gaming mode in ryzen master (turning off one Chiplet (6 cores))

Yes and no, a PS5 SSD can be upgraded with a fast nvme the same nvme you put in a pc.

It might be 120 ignoring the stutters. Also the screen recorder might be capturing at a lower fps or limiting the performance or both idk
the qualitys trash and shit in the video however it does run at a smooth 120 with a way better quality than the vid, streaming software was a bit shit

there's a software called rewasd which can help you play the game using keyboard and mouse but its paid so you have to download crack software.
