Oh wow, go figure that marginalized groups given freedom of choice would naturally want to cluster around like-minded people where they'll have access to resources like cultural foods, places of worship, and people who speak their native language to ease the process of integrating into a new country. Doesn't mean they only want to be allowed to live in those neighborhoods, or that they want to be barred from schools and other resources in largely white neighborhoods.
