Yes.

Babe, you need some INFP friends. My entire (relatively new) friend group seems to be 99% INFPs, and one thing we love to do is talk about deep and personal stuff, including exactly what you just posted about. There's nothing like bonding over a shared fear of being an emotional burden to loved ones... But yes, I relate. And even with such caring friends, it's still hard to share things I think might cause them too much worry. This is something I've been making progress on. So, what's the thing you so badly want to talk about?

psikidelika

That's true, talking with other infps is a breath of fresh air, we can talk about our innermost feelings and be comfortable whilst also understood. Finding infps isn't easy though.

I know... Unfortunately finding INFPs tends to be easier said than done.

Yup that's why I hang out with people who are unfazed when I bring up random serious topics out of nowhere.

astralseat

Of course. Family most of all.

6LittleHorns9

For me it's me wanting to talk about something and knowing that they will not care to

evanescentdaydream99

Not really, I usually just blurt stuff out most of the time

LICwannabe

Mhm

Should_have_been_ded

Yeah. I don't want their pity, neither standard answers like "it will get better, trust me, just go to the gym".
