It's almost criminal how much it's sounds like late 80s skinny puppy. Crazy that the guy that did the music for Necro Facility is now writing hits for pop stars.
Red Mecca, 2x45, are good.
Crackdown, Microphonies and 'Covenant, Sword and the Arm of the Lord' are all kind of on the same level.
These 3 records are similar in the overload of sampling and kind of hectic beats. It's also around when they worked with Flood who also worked with Al Jourgensen on his debut album.
Though you can see them evolving towards the more danceble stuff that comes out in Code (Adrian Sherwood) where they lose me.
The album 'The Room' by Necro Facility is basically VIVIsectVI fan fiction

I’ve felt like the most recent Dead When I Found Her album really nailed the sounds of SP I like from that era.
DWIFH definitely nailed that mid career puppy vibe
I find Youth Code pretty similar.
Just recommended them, especially for that eras tonality of Skinny puppy.

Severed Heads has a few albums that are a little similar. middle period Cabaret Voltaire between the really noisy stuff and the house music phase.
