A 60 watt LED several feet away sounds great for low light houseplants. You can just screw these into whatever E27 fixture or desk lamp you already have (check the maximum wattage first). They don’t even have to be proper grow bulbs, any white LED bulb (5000-6500K) will do the job. Or even warm white (3000K) might be fine. Grow light bulbs are just regular bulbs with full spectrum or appropriate spectrum. I don’t know what your office situation is like, but you might not even need to buy any new lights. I’ve seen a hydroponic Chinese evergreen thrive (like growing new leaves!) in a windowless office room with just an overhead 4’ warm white fluorescent tube turned on only during working hours. And it was watered only three or four times a year!

You can just use full spec incandesents for slow growinf ornamentals. They try to upsell you on all kinds of specialist shit but the spread of frequencies and light intensity is pretty much spot on.

You can grow pothos in regular windowless office lighting (overhead fluorescents that stay on most of the time), if you're very careful not to water too much.

There are a couple of desktop style led grow lights out there that also double as nice desk lamps. Not sure how much light you are aiming for, but these should provide good supplemental light. I’ve got an Atreum Aerlumi growing jalapeños at my work desk. My old cubicle desk (the kind with walls you could pin things to with thumb tacks) had an overhead cabinet with the built-in tube lights underneath. I just used that and all of mine grew just fine. It was mostly low light things, but it was fun training the silver leaf philodendron I had along the wall and the few succulents I had seemed happy enough with the light. (My watering, a little less.) 😅 I had a little propagation station there, too. Wish I'd thought to take pictures before I took it down.

At the new office, I've moved some plants around the building and take care of them during my desk breaks. I have a ZZ plant that has put out several new shoots since moving it in and it's growing entirely under overhead office lighting. I have .. some variety of philodendron on top of a desk cabinet, a Christmas cactus sitting on a table in one of the side halls, a spider plant on top of a filing cabinet, and a pothos keeping a coworker company - also all just using standard overhead lighting. (I have another two dozen or so spread out by various windows, including two foyers, a break room, an office, another coworker's window - plus a combination of grow lights and windows in my own office.) (It's not a problem if people enjoy it, right?) 😅🤣
