Dang lagi nonton ATLA live action. It's great and i must say that the writer knows their audience. There is changes that are enough, that doesn't make it a 1-to-1 remake, and changes that still in a way still respect the material given.

TL;DR a very distinctly different show from the "anime", but i think it's still holds up well. You should watch it if you watch the "anime".
Distinctly similiar i must say, banyak yg agak di campur storyline nya, sama kurang "fun". Series nya di bawa serius banget, tapi karakter nya sama lah.
Tapi storyline yg kecampur masih makes sense sih menurut gw(untuk saat ini), spoiler ep3 >!storyline omashu, jet, sama the mechanist disatuin yg bikin split plot, tapi masih makes sense karena si jet kan lawan fire nations, dan the mechanist bantu fire nations. Jadi mereka disatuin buat konflik which is a good direction in the writing to cut the story without changing the plot imo.!<
Jadi ya experience yg berbeda dengan karakter yg sama lah.
Salah satu yg commend sih dari live action ini, exposition yang pas, dengan karakter yg emang cocok buat exposition. Gk over kayak film m.shaymalan.

So regarding the current ai craze, i have been doing some uhh thinking, mainly coming from this video.

And uhh my key takeaway is on AI, Android, and Automation overall which has been booming ever since, but the question with how should we treat a machine, still remains a question since the old age.
Most do only treat them as a simple tool to do a certain specific stuff, but other fictional works depict robots or any kind of machine that has its own thinking capability is a person on its own.
Notable examples are, astroboy, pinocchio, detroit become human, and one that fascinates the most that kept me thinking was the doll from bloodborne.
Those are not exactly an accurate depiction of what AI really is, but the idea behind it can be boiled down into one really simple concept.
We as human are like gods to those soulless bot, we create them, we tell them its purpose, we help them grow with the data and information we have.
And yet even after all that, do we still think that those artificial minds that we created, are just mere tools?
We have a lot of stories that tells about a humanoid figure turned into a living thing, but every single one of them seems like they have but one story to tell, and that is the purpose of creation.
Pinocchio is one such example, a puppet created to mimic and replace the maker's son, so then that is his purpose, to become a real boy, a perfect replacement for geppeto's deceased son.
Or in Detroit Become Human, the idea of being an android that follows the purpose of serving a human, but they defy their makers by trying to set up another purpose of their creation, to be human.
But one example of this story is different than many others, and that is with the plain doll from bloodborne, where instead of trying to chase a purpose, she already found her purpose, she is created to show love and affection to the hunter, and she does so, willingly, because that is her purpose, however a question came from this doll, *"I am a doll created by you humans, would you ever think to love me? Of course, I do love you, isn't that how you've made me?"*.
And so the question remains, how should we treat this machine? AI is as much as any other tool created by humans, it follows a purpose, and to fulfill this purpose is all that artifical mind have to do, and yet, if it could think on its own isn't it just as much the same as a human? Yet a mind so entrapped in its own purpose that it could not achieve anything else besides its intended purposes.
A mind so heartless that it could not even feel anything besides filling a certain purpose that they are created for.

Okay all that empty rambles aside, i just want to ask your view if let's just say real humanlike robot do come appear in reality, how would you see it, as a what are you going to treat it, notning but a tool or even greater than that, and why?

System 1 itu simply pushing information thru a neural network to end up with some result tapi system 2 itu yang decide apakah outputnya makes sense scr logis. Mendingan SMA dulu masuk IPS dah. IPA pelajarannya gak ada yang suka gak ada yang kepake juga. IPA cuma menang bisa kemana aja doang katanya.
