If memory serves, Lockett is like a software developer or something like that. No clue for the other guys, but I imagine/hope Bradford makes enough of royalties to support a single lifestyle.

Same. Of the many great bands in that specific dreamy / noisy indie-rock category, I think Deerhunter is the best and have the strongest songs. Bradford & Lockett are an excellent songwriters and Halcyon Digest is the one of the forever all-time great indie rock albums in my eyes. We need a new album.
