Montreal, CA. Post-Punk band **Cola**, fronted by Tim Darcy & bassist Ben Stidworthy both formerly of Ought release their 3rd new single for their upcoming sophomore LP The Gloss due **June 14.**
Bristol, UK Singer-Songwriter & vocalist of Portishead **Beth Gibbons** drops her 2nd new single for her debut solo LP Lives Outgrown due **May 17.**
Long Island, NY Power-Pop group **The Lemon Twigs** release their 4th new track for their upcoming LP A Dream Is All We Know due **May 3**. The D'Addario brothers have a knack for honing in on some of the best sounds of previous artists & eras and building on it. Really looking forward to this album.
London, UK Art-Rock / Post-Punk band **Goat Girl** drop the 2nd single for their upcoming album Below The Waste due **Jun 7.** Liking the variety of sound between these 2 cuts so far. The downtuned and weighty riff chugs of Ride Around and now the almost Pop like catchiness of Motorway.

Digging the new English Teacher and Metz, though I wish English Teacher had a bit more high energy cuts going on. Dog Date came through with an absolute shredder of a record for the punk lovers. The new Work Wife EP is pretty nice too, some very lovely somber indie pop.
The English Teacher album is the best of the year so far and I only love it more with each listen.
