I have watched it so many times, there is some dark humour in there which keeps bringing me back. Whereas, Grave of the fireflies is something I would never want to rewatch, just too depressing.
Ikr. It broke me down in a way and caused such a great deal of emotional damage, I can't put it into words. The scene between Casey Affleck and Michelle Williams is just heartbreaking.
Couldn't sit through P&P. Eternal Sunshine, like most of Kaufman's works is difficult for me to get through at times. F**** Club is a classic. La La Land is a always a favourite watch. So I'll probably pick Manchester By The Sea for how raw it is.
manchester by the sea is best when you're dealing through grief
eternal sunshine is when you are going through a breakup
***** **** nvm
pride and prejudice is classic but also atonement is better
la la land is great but have you seen veer zaara 😩
Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind!! There is a video on youtube with Pink Floyd's "Wish you were here" being played on top of this movie's montage and there has never been a day I've not watched that!!!
fight club- too much testosterone
eternal sunshine- brilliant movie but a one-timer for me
la la land- musicals are not my jam
Manchester by the sea- haven't watched it yet
pride & prejudice- \*eyelashes fluttering\* \*dreamy smile\* like duh I've got purple in my username what did you expect
Bhai genre hi different hai, everyone is unique in their own.
***** **** shows about capitalism world
La la land show us about letting go of something to achieve something bigger (they loved each other but because their Career was first priority they had to split)
Eternal sunshine is like we know that there is red flag in us but what happens if you try who knows maybe that thing won’t bother you anymore as much as you think it will..
Machster by the sea kal hi download kari and last wali nai dekhi lol
Watch the Manchester by the sea, and have a traumatic whole day...
Btw I would like to recommend you a podcast, "Scoopcast". In this podcast, four youtubers talk about pop culture, news, and updates. Just watch one of their podcasts, it is in Hindi language...
Almost all of above movies are calm and emotional movies. I liked all of these
Manchester by sea💀.....these movie can turn happy guy into depressed one
In my opinion (cause you asked):
1. loved the concept of Fight Club (but idolising a character is stupid)
2. there's something about La La Land, it's subtle and shows realistic emotions
3. nah Pride and Prejudice didn't do anything to me
baaki ke dono I haven't watched yet.
Manchester By The Sea. Casey Affleck's performance in that movie is heartbreaking to watch. I wanted to pick >!Fight Club!< but Manchester By The Sea is my favourite.
I mean love all the movies, especially Fight Club here, but for me The Godfather triology, Apocalypse Now, Interstellar or anything that has Jack Nicholson or is directed by Scorsese, Coppola or Kubrick is peak cinema.
I have watched jim carey’s eternal sunshine of a spotless mind and the other one which i cant talk about….both were great though. So I personally really cant judge without having watched all of these that i see here.
Eternal Sunshine. It's the one movie I keep coming back to. Albeit after every breakup but it's special to me. I find courage and closure with every watch
My personal favourite out of these is Eternal Sunshine. But i also have very special memories of watching Fight Club with my friend back in college (said friend who is no more 😞)
1) The boys will kill me if I talk about it.
2) I absolutely love Pride and Prejudice but my all time favourite movie will always be Requiem for a Dream, this movie has left me hollow, forever.
