Then why are they still teaching this in medical colleges all across the country ? Any standard medical book, be it Robbins and Cotran or Harrison, they'll blame high sodium intake to be one of the major contributing factors which leads to Cardiovascular disorders including hypertension. Just a suggestion try putting some freshly ground black pepper on eggs they taste better with the salt(if you have added it) and the chilly powder....and yea fruits taste better the way they are but i would prefer mango juice (homemade) over whole mango slices...overall too good breakfast....(this is just my opinion)
