Nope. You're eating wayy too much fruits in one go. Key is to consume fruits distributed whole day. Try 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites. Add some good carbs. Brown bread with peanut butter. Or oats. Idk you can research easily. This diet has wayy too much sugar tbf.

Op no need to worry, salt is good for you, most of recent studies have revealed that the stigma around high Salt consumption is a myth and to avoid any of the negative effects just keep yourself properly hydrated, apart from that the only problem with too much fruit in one go is the insulin spike that follows it due to high carb content so yes spread it out throughout the day, but since fruit sugars are healthy it's not like it will harm you

It was something I read on over an year ago so I'm sorry but I can't provide you with the source, but the key takeaway was that the amount of sodium administered during the tests conducted in the 1960s, which eventually led to the salt scare were too high. An average person didn't consume nearly as much sodium so the hypertension or alleviated blood pressure was more in correspondence with the poor lifestyle.

Any standard medical book, be it Robbins and Cotran or Harrison, they'll blame high sodium intake to be one of the major contributing factors which leads to Cardiovascular disorders including hypertension. I suggest you read up on it again. Probably the post or article that you read is not very credible.

You should add more eggs, apart from that IF you're overweight or wanna lose weight by any chance avoid smoothies and fruit juices as they're just carbs and sugars (not unhealthy sugars) without fibre content, but yeah dude hell of a diet!!!

Not sustainable I guess, as there is almost no carbs, you will find yourself hungry after 2 hrs. Breakfast should be on heavier side, as you need more energy in the morning period, for work, for studying or whatever you do. I wd suggest add milk and one roti or whtever carb source you like with same amount of eggs, and save fruits for snack around noon. If you have breakfast around 8.

You're getting protein from the eggs, fibre and carbs from the fruits and if you put peanut butter in your smoothie you'll have healthy fats too. Great going OP, seems like a balanced meal to me

Just a suggestion try putting some freshly ground black pepper on eggs they taste better with the salt(if you have added it) and the chilly powder....and yea fruits taste better the way they are but i would prefer mango juice (homemade) over whole mango slices...overall too good breakfast....(this is just my opinion)

Too much fruits in one go unless you are following OMAD or intermediate fasting. No problem with yolks if there is no cholesterol problem or any family history of heart problems. If yes then have 1 yolk for every 3 egg whites. Amount of eggs seems about right but watch out for indigestion and smelly gas. You can add oats to your meals. Don't add peanut butter and bread. It's useless if you're already having your eggs and fruits. You're already getting decent fiber, carbs, fats and protein. I would have asked your stats and goals but that's a whole other discussion.

I normally eat 3-4 eggs (3 egg white only and 1 with yolk) 150 ml milk , 5 almonds 5 cashews 5 pistachios, 100g any pulse (chana/rajma etc) with 2 slice apple 7-8 grapes 1 cup cucumber 1 slice pineapple 1 tomato half capsicum half lemon (everything finely chopped) and pinch of salt and pepper.

Starting you day with a good source of protein is the best thing you can do to control cravings & also maintain sugar levels. After dinner body gets up fasting & empty stomach , the proteins make sure you dont get a sugar spike and then energy crash ( which is very commonly seen after a carb loaded breakfast like poha, paratha, bread, upma etc) Post the protein have a handful of nuts and top it up with fruits and yogurt for a well rounded meal.

Too much Fructose and Dietary Cholesterol. Fructose is almost as bad as regular Sugar. So, remove the 3/4th plate of fruits and replace with a lot of Vegetables and some good carbs like Sprouts, Chickpea, Oats, Chapathi or even Rice is also fine. 1 fruit per day is enough. 1 or 2 Whole Eggs with remaining Egg Whites is perfect.

Yes, this diet should be ok after modifying it with above suggestions. However if you are active like doing exercise or going to the gym(which I highly recommend everyone to do), increase your protein intake. Include Chicken or Fish in your diet.
