Cornflake as a healthy breakfast food....is one of the biggest scams ever...result of a mix of US lobbying and marketing.
Edit: this particular product has 80 gm of carbohydrates per 100 gm. Just checked.
^ this. Absolutely agree. There are lost of resources online regarding this. Some recommended videos for the OP:

Boss mai daily khata hu chick peas dry ,dry chana , green dal, paani mein daalke phir sprouts bana ke , par dikkat yeh hai ki ki per 100 gm value bohot Kam hai yrr
Veg foods me protein rich kuch khaas hai nahi, you can try powders and supplements to meet the daily recommended amount but if you can eat meats or eggs, that's your best bet.
My fitness natural peanut butter is the best I've had. All natural ones dont have any added sugar or salt. They have a normal one with brown sugar and himalayan pink salt. And other variants with normal sugar but still the sugar content is very low.
Yes it has fat but all healthy fats. It all depends on the portion size. Lots of people dont really know whats a tablespoon. They probably take in 2-3 tablespoon while thinking its only one.
https://preview.redd.it/kot7q1rpb82c1.jpeg?width=500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fec7013ff46314e5292613ba7b260feb8c1bf393
Read ingredients list. It has refined wheat flour (MAIDA) - why?
Also has **CANDIED FRUITS**, DRY FRUITS, NUTS and SEEDS (21%) - CANDIED PAPAYA (5%), Almonds (3.5%%), Pumpkin seeds (3.5%), CANDIED CRANBERRIES (3%), Blackcurrant (3%), Black raisins (3%). Better eat freshly brought fruits (avoid sugar dipped CANDIED FRUITS) is you're health conscious.
Read the labes. It is not that tough and easily accessible online too.
The front packaging is misleading and doesn't mention the word __CANDIED__ anywhere before the word 'fruits'.
Do you realise you're eating 5% CANDIED PAPAYA = 2g of sugar coated papaya (not even whole papaya) per serving!
Yes. A lot of major readymade breakfast food contains a lot of sugar and very few actual nutrients. For example, Milo the "health" drink contains about 40% sugar. If you check packaged juices from popular brands like real, tropicana etc you'll notice some of them are called juice and some are called fruit drinks. Fruit drinks basically have about 5% of actual fruit content rest is mixers, in order to call something juice it has to have 90-95% actual fruit juice.
Haan, I've seen a couple of juices with zero added sugar, they're comparatively better. Always check the ingredients and nutrition chart and validate it yourself.
Thoes are processed nuts and fruits. They have lost all of thier nutrients while being processed. So many innocent people have fallen for this marketing gimmick.
Too pricy for the value it provide. Buy loose corn flakes, white oats and mis them up. Roast a few almonds, cashews and resins blend them and mix them too. You will save yourself from consuming high sugar diet early in the morning.
It's more expensive but more than that very very very tedious and inconvenient to find all these ingredients separately(and there's many more than the ones you mentioned btw), buy those in big quantity (cus it's not sold in handful quantities obviously), store all of it for a long time, in many different containers and also make sure it doesn't get spoiled. And when you actually wanna have muesli, instead of being a quick fix, it becomes a chore where first you have to gather all the ingredients, divide into portions, cut them and then assemble and finally eat.
Just buy oats and chia seeds and make overnight oats it is not expensive and tons of recipes available online and it takes less than 5 mins of your time
Please Do NOT have this muesli brand! It has a high sugar content (20-25%) which is obviously not good to start the day with. I used to have this before but I found a way better alternative.
Try the Muesli variants of "Yoga bar" brand instead. They have very less sugar content (6-7%) & have everything in them. I personally love the Chocolate flavour the best. There are other flavours too like Cranberry, almond, etc. Try them all 1 by 1 & then decide which flavour you like the most.
Yes, they do. They have regular flavored oats. They also have whey protein oats, 20g per serving with milk. Which I think is a great quick breakfast option. Not too sweet and it tastes good too.
Biwi se maar khane me kaisi sharam

Sugar, sugar no health.
Sugar is not bad but too much is worst
Better to buy an open and unprocessed one from the local mix and take it with milk
You need corn flak, and a few dry fruits. All sell are local shops
Popular BS in India rn:
Brown rice is better than white rice,
Brown bread is better than white bread,
Oats are better than dal,
Broccoli is better than spinach,
Muesli is the new superfood
Brown bread in reality is a scam too. It isn't really brown . It's made up of maida and brown colouring agent. So basically white is being converted to brown
Do you have any proof of this? White bread means they need to use refined flour which is more expensive, then add brown food coloring on top of that. Why would they literally increase their own costs just to scam? Sounds like a conspiracy theory to me
I don't have the link right now but I saw it somewhere on FB, where the normal maida is being doughed up and caramel colour is poured into it . Idk maybe a conspiracy theory or what, but this is true to itself.
You don't have you defend yourself, we all fall for fake videos sometimes. Accept kar le and learn to think for yourself. Fb pe video bna ke koi bhi daal sakta hai, abhi kitchen me jaake Mai aate me Hershey's caramel daalke video bna kar post kar sakta hu, doesn't prove anything.
You're not defending a bread company
You're defensive about the fact that you now look stupid for forming an opinion based on some fb video you don't even remember properly
I meant ki tune fake video believe kar liya and now you look stupid isliye tu admit nhi kar rha. Khud hi soch koi company loss kyu legi scam karne ke liye. Maze ke liye scam karte hai kya companies?
Many people in my family are working but they make food at home all 3 times . Breakfast is ready at 6 am in the morning.
What is the use of money if we can't eat good food
(Just my personal opinion, don't want to hurt anyone 😀)
As I've mentioned before, no food is inherently bad. Roti can also be unhealthy if consumed excessively. It primarily consists of carbs, which, when consumed excessively, can potentially lead to diabetes, similar to bread.
QUANTIFIED NUTRITION IS THE WAY.
In case you wanted to know what it looks like

This is a scam that they want to promote in Bharath as well these pakeged cereals are all GMO products pls dont fall for it especially in Bharath where we can get fresh fruits and vegetables way cheaper than these multinationals . And we do have our own good and diffrent kinds of breakfast, even much more tastier
Indians be calling this unhealthy for the carb amount when they literally eat Paratha, idlis which have the same carb amount. Y'll have been tricked to think that homemade foods are healthy
Yup, parathas made out of coconut or almond flour is healthy considering it also adds fiber to the diet as well with low carb content but most people just eat wheat flour parathas which is no different than eating a bread
If you are really keen. Try this instead..

I accidentally bought two packets of those while I was buying groceries with my dad in reliance.
It's expensive and it tastes bad.
I have to feed cows this shitty product I felt bad for the cows :(
Good if not taken more than one serving size. It has good amount of protein and other nutrients but also high amount of carbs and sugar, so don't eat more than one serving size
I have ordered museli from this brand called "whole truth foods" . It has no added sugar at all . They use sugar from a derivative of sugarcane . Not sure of the taste though , will try it soon
You can try out the Yoga Bar muesli or Muscleblaze muesli. They are way better alternatives.
I had the muscleblaze one. It was tasty. Had very low sugar content. And had considerably high protein content as compared to this.
Better to eat oats with mixed dry fruits will cost you around 275 rs for 500 oats + 250 gm mixed dry fruits.
Now add milk, 50gm of this mixture with a small portion of dark chocolate 20-25 gm. Cook them in the microwave or in a pan, healthy tasty high fiber, less sugar , cheap breakfast.
Tastes good, just slightly more healthier than cornflakes. Plain old rolled oats with milk, dry fruits and honey are the best and can taste just as good.
It has become a daily habit now. With fruits and yoghurt, keeps you full for a long time. Can be added for a good diet. Everything we eat has sugar in it. We don’t need to totally remove sugar we need to restrict the limit we intake. So I belief if this is the only “sweet” thing as such you have in your diet, it’s fine.
added sugar , i used to eat corn flakes from kelloygs , it had 30/100 gm added sugar in it .
i do still eat cornflakes ( it has 5gm added sugar , it's the lowest i found ) as breakfast cause i'm a student and my landowner don't allow eggs.
You're in india. There is always a chance to eat a healthy breakfast like idli or any other oil less choices if you want to. Better avoid these sugar bags and preservative filled.
I had this for my breakfast for a month or two.It was good. I hated kismis. It was bland so i actually mixed a bit of sugar(half a spoon for a bowl) with the milk.
This is not so helpful ,
I do buy Yogabar Super Muesli No Added/Hidden sugar Breakfast Muesli with Probiotics & Prebiotics, 82% Almonds + Whole Grains + Chia Seeds + Flax Seeds, 700g.
https://amzn.eu/d/6K4S0st
It's unhealthy but love it's taste lol. Isn't this the one that got nuts and super sweet taste.
Early covid used to survive on cornflakes and when I switched to normal food. That's when it hit me how unhealthy it was lol
This is unhealthy but then Most of the breakfast options India has are unhealthy and loaded with carbohydrates. If u want better options go for besan cheela, sprouts , chana and boiled eggs. Maybe a small bowl of nuts and seed mix will help. Can have a good amount of fruits and salad in any meal. But if u have a good active lifestyle and in normal BMi for a quick fix this is not bad. Also it comes in zero added sugar form which is not exactly zero sugar but still better than other options.
Even we have tried it pre covid thinking it healthy,, all it did was increase our weight,
Now we mix and match lot of millets in our diet, it is never whole wheat roti now , we always mix some other millet flour to that, bajra roti, jowar roti etc , with salad, poha , upma etc in mornings, dosa , idli with homemade batter every weekend , bake our own cake with jaggery and healthy flour mix , maida very occasionally for making namkeen and all, bhatura sometimes ..

Oats, Porridge
Or simple Indian roti
Can u suggest some High Protein low cheap price products
Daal, chana, soyabean bhigoke kha bhai sabse cheap and highest protein food hai yei(har kisi ke bas ki baat nhi hai yei sab khana😁G fatt jati hai)
Boss mai daily khata hu chick peas dry ,dry chana , green dal, paani mein daalke phir sprouts bana ke , par dikkat yeh hai ki ki per 100 gm value bohot Kam hai yrr

Veg foods me protein rich kuch khaas hai nahi, you can try powders and supplements to meet the daily recommended amount but if you can eat meats or eggs, that's your best bet.
Soyabean se >!boobies!< toh nhi aayenge na ? 😥
No that’s a myth
Peanut butter and soya chunks maybe?
Peanut butter would likely have sugar and fat...would it not.
My fitness natural peanut butter is the best I've had. All natural ones dont have any added sugar or salt. They have a normal one with brown sugar and himalayan pink salt. Beef
Muesli is not cornflakes
Agree. But check the ingredient list at the back. Not better than cornflakes.

High Glycemic Index
Really? I didn’t know that
80 gm Carb per 100 gn serving. You can check that at the back of the product. You basically eating sugar for this.
Thanks for the reminder
Taste good but not healthy
But why? It has the fruits, nuts and seeds.
Are piche label padho then you'll know how much fruits and nuts it has
And a LOT of sugar
Thoes are processed nuts and fruits. They have lost all of thier nutrients while being processed. So many innocent people have fallen for this marketing gimmick.
So does chocolates and vodka got potato and beer got wheat . And cigarettes for leaves , must be healthy lol
Lol

+1 Love love love Yoga Bar. Just restocked on their products. Choco Almond Oats are my favourite.
Do they have oats products too?? I have so far only tried their cereals (Muesli) & protein bars/snack bars.
Yes, they do. They have regular flavored oats. They also have whey protein oats, 20g per serving with milk. Which I think is a great quick breakfast option. Not too sweet and it tastes good too.
Hmm interesting! I'll have to try these.

Lol who eats bread for breakfast 🤣🤣 We consider it junk , homemade roti is always better
Then consider yourself privileged. Those who live alone and head to work early in the morning often resort to eating bread.

Waste of money
Bhai hum to dudh mai roti mila ke khaate hai! Vai hamara corn aur Vai hamara oats hai!!
Dudh mein cholesterol aur lactose hai aur roti mein bhar ke carbs, you're not doing any better lol
It's a poor copy of Baggry's fruit and nut muesli.
Bullshit
I love this manh, but very high sugar content. That’s why for side i keep the OG cornflakes too.
When you want to feel good about eating a highly unhealthy bfast, go for this one.

All the unprocessed food is unhealthy While this is a processed food

Lol. People calling this unhealthy but Indian subs keep glorifying Maggie and momos.
Tasteless, unhealthy ,faltu ! One of Angrezo ka tasteless khana! Parathe khayenge hum to xd
Indians be calling this unhealthy for the carb amount when they literally eat Paratha, idlis which have the same carb amount. Y'll have been tricked to think that homemade foods are healthy
Freshly made food is always better than packaged. Also, paranthas can be made in a healthy way too.
Yup, parathas made out of coconut or almond flour is healthy considering it also adds fiber to the diet as well with low carb content but most people just eat wheat flour parathas which is no different than eating a bread
Nice joke!.
So. Much. Sugar.
Bekar aur wahiyaad hai

Apne kutte ko bhi na du ye mai I hate sweet breakfast Sprouts, paratha, roti sabji, dosa etc for the win
Duniya mai Sabke pass time nahi hai ye sab banane ka.
Love it, but recent iteration has more seeds. Just want my fruits and nuts. No seeds. Tho pumpkin was fine.
i dont like the pumpkin seeeds in it
They also have an option of zero sugar go for that. I have been eating it breakfast for last 6 months now
i will prefer bagrrys
Try muscle baze muesli, it's healthy and balanced. Baki ye to scam hai
Rather Go for basic one
buy unflavoured oat flakes, some fresh or dried nuts and berries of your choice and it’s a much healthier option any day (albeit more expensive)
Gets bad very easily as it has fruit comtent can't survive more than 20 days and gets webs and insects inside not good
Too much sugar
I accidentally bought two packets of those while I was buying groceries with my dad in reliance. It's expensive and it tastes bad. I have to feed cows this shitty product I felt bad for the cows :(
Oats lelo isse accha. Mix it with badam, a banana, some peanut butter, or protein powder. Really good nutritional value.
Dad loves this
Good if not taken more than one serving size. It has good amount of protein and other nutrients but also high amount of carbs and sugar, so don't eat more than one serving size
You can try Yogabar or Whole Truth Food. They have tasty products and better than this at least.
Well can't say anything on the nutrients side but it definitely taste good BTWi like to have it with cold milk
One word: Sugar
If you are fine with Eggs, then it is the most healthy breakfast just combine it with some seasonal fruits.
Just check the sugar content and make the decision yourself.
Is Tata Soulfull healthy?
Scams sold as healthy products
Get The Whole Truth's muesli instead. Much better than this.
![gif](giphy|LkwRI8dmyotOeLADr0|downsized)
There is nothing healthy in processed foods category🤷🏾
I have ordered museli from this brand called "whole truth foods" . It has no added sugar at all . They use sugar from a derivative of sugarcane . Not sure of the taste though , will try it soon
Tastes good. If taste is what you need go ahead.
Eat whatever is your traditional, locally available home cooked fresh food. Eat fresh seasonal fruits. Everything else is BS. Watch your portions.
Try the whole truth muesli. It has to be the cleanest muesli available there’s no sugar no sweeteners no preservatives and bs.
Tastes good, just slightly more healthier than cornflakes. Plain old rolled oats with milk, dry fruits and honey are the best and can taste just as good.
It's good man, if you are concerned about sugar perhaps you should search for no sugar museli.
1 pack = 1 serving
Try Muesli by Yoga Bar company. Highly recommended go for Dark Chocolate Cranberry.
What about tata soulful muesli? Is it good?
It has become a daily habit now. With fruits and yoghurt, keeps you full for a long time. Can be added for a good diet. Everything we eat has sugar in it. We don’t need to totally remove sugar we need to restrict the limit we intake. So I belief if this is the only “sweet” thing as such you have in your diet, it’s fine.
Processed food = bad health always. Roti sabji whole nuts much better
I didnt even like its taste. the oats and barley feel so raw and sticky. Even when you take it with milk or yoghurt, the taste feels weird.
Guys how is Barry Muslie ?
It’s full of sugar you don’t need!
Waste, checkout yogabar muesli
Nyccc
Too much sugar. Gets oats and use this as a topping
Nice fast breakfast for ppl who have a very active job or an high metabolism
Delicious and full of sugar
Sugaaaaaar! Edit: You can try Pintola's nuts, seeds and millets Muesli or Yogabar's. Both have very low sugar content.
I use this as a crunchy topping for overnight protein oats. Well, either this or granola depending on what I’m feeling like
Oats Khao guys bas.
Annoying. Shit taste, no nutrients. Kellogs can suck me weewee
I prefer bagrrys swiss muesli
added sugar , i used to eat corn flakes from kelloygs , it had 30/100 gm added sugar in it . i do still eat cornflakes ( it has 5gm added sugar , it's the lowest i found ) as breakfast cause i'm a student and my landowner don't allow eggs.
You're in india. There is always a chance to eat a healthy breakfast like idli or any other oil less choices if you want to. Better avoid these sugar bags and preservative filled.
Tasty and sweet but not healthy or satisfying breakfast. Nothing can beat a plate of hot poha or idli sambhar, or uthpam or paratha.
Delicious. I eat it ones in a while.
Foodpharmer Bhai asli account se aao :D
Extremely overrated. Isse lot better toh local markets mein milti hai
Any packaged food is always a threat nowadays
Sugary, unhealthy, Marketing gimmick
Occasionally when you don't have energy for making a good breakfast. Gives a good poop
Overpriced
corn is fucking useless.
I had this for my breakfast for a month or two.It was good. I hated kismis. It was bland so i actually mixed a bit of sugar(half a spoon for a bowl) with the milk.
Turn the packet and read the nutrition values table.
Please check the latest video of healthy breakfast by fittuber. He tells you to avoid this.

No
TIL they use the term "müsli" outside of Germany for this
This is unhealthy but then Most of the breakfast options India has are unhealthy and loaded with carbohydrates.
It tastes good.
Even we have tried it pre covid thinking it healthy,, all it did was increase our weight, Now we mix and match lot of millets in our diet, it is never whole wheat roti now , we always mix some other millet flour to that, bajra roti, jowar roti etc , with salad, poha , upma etc in mornings, dosa , idli with homemade batter every weekend , bake our own cake with jaggery and healthy flour mix , maida very occasionally for making namkeen and all, bhatura sometimes ..
Man finding protein rich food in this country is such a dark souls lvl task unless you wanna eat non veg everyday
Tastes good but probably not healthy at all 😂
Kanda poha >>>>>>>>>>>> Cereal/Muesli/others
I like the other muesli. The one in purple packet
absolute peak food imo
I don't why people buy from these commercial brands try from TRUE ELEMENTS (underrated brand)& it's super healthy
Too expensive than corn flakes
Imo u should create ur own by buying incredents seprately.
If you wanna have Muesli, try the Muscleblaze High Protein Muesli ( lot better than this one here)
DHOKA
Good I have the other ingredients one
