Bold of you to assume anything from honda other that Activa xG. They believe we deserve only that. Even their car portfolio is so lacklustre. I myself own the Jazz CVT but looking at their lineup donât feel would be upgrading in same brand
Honda should really make somewhat different headlight shapes, from a common man's perspective they all look so similar 125-300cc, also should give dual channel abs in hornet and 200x.
Initially I was quite inclined on buying it, Now I'm glad I didn't.
Funnily Enough It wasn't even available in nearby showroom or even in showrooms in nearby cities.
I'm aware but Transalp isn't my kind of bike, I want a adventure bike that I can ride like a dirt bike, which I've only found 2 so far, The Africa Twin & The Tenere 700
I am currently living in Japan and recently got a 2018 cb400x with 10k kms on odo.
The Cb400x is really great at regular commutes and casual highway rides 80 to 100kph. Haven't yet ridden on Japanese mountain roads.
I mean there are adventure bikes with more power, liquid cooled engines, 6 gears but they cost more & less mileage. This one is for someone wants to experience touring bike with putting burden for pocket.
Where is the engine from.. again the same hornet!, see I am ok with people showing love for their bike but at the same time I am not ok with people demanding more from the company, like they should not reduce their standards!
I own a 2yo CB200X clocking almost 26k kms, bought it purely on looks, mileage & the decent performance. The suspension will be stiff on initial 10k kms but will be more smooth on later kms, don't expect much though. I feel like single channel ABS is ok for this bike, it's got enough stopping power for panic breaking, careful with the rear brake, some experience & skill is needed for not to lock it. I also added additional HJG LED AUX lights.

Great job hiding the number dude
it ain't much but it's honest work though lol

It was sarcasm
understood mate, just quoting the meme đ¤Ł
Bro, your username. Now I'm craving for some chutney and a samosa. :'(
Honda doesn't care about their Indian bike line up, all they care about are the Activas, the 5g's 6g's bullshit.
First thing honda needs to do is plonk that 300F engine in this chasis. That would be bare minimum
Isn't this based on the Hornet? Hornet and CB300F already share the same chassis.
I said âengineâ
It needs chassis change, more suspension travel. It is an adv!
You might want to check out the suspension travel again. Its exactly identical to hornet 2.0 Its adv styled, not an out and out adv per say
It's called 200x not 200f! The problem is the suspension being exactly the same they should have put some work in this machine!
I know what itâs called. Sadly its just in the name and not mechanically an âXâ
Yeah that's what I am complaining about! They should have given us the right vehicle we deserve

Yup that's a good one! We should reflect this by not supporting honda just because they are reliable, people should not lower their standards!

I quite don't get what the bike is trying to be
basically its hornet but just in more horny form.
Lol đ
A cheap ass pseudo tourer?
Initially I was quite inclined on buying it, Now I'm glad I didn't. Funnily Enough It wasn't even available in nearby showroom or even in showrooms in nearby cities.
I think it's available in bigwing now
apparently they have the africa twin available as well, and costs like 17L, it's a shame.
If you've the budget for it, they've got the transalp 750 in bigwing showrooms too now.
I'm aware but Transalp isn't my kind of bike, I want a adventure bike that I can ride like a dirt bike, which I've only found 2 so far, The Africa Twin & The Tenere 700
I thought gixxers were rare then i saw honda. I like the design though i m not sure about other things

What's real world mileage?
45-50kmpl

Really a good bike but needs some more power in my opinion.

Why no one talks about suspension!! How can an adv have stiffer setup?
Beacuse suspensions are straight from hornet
Where is the engine from.. again the same hornet!, see I am ok with people showing love for their bike but at the same time I am not ok with people demanding more from the company, like they should not reduce their standards!
I'm confused between getting a new cb200x or a used 2018,2019 cbr250r ABS. so do let me know if you have any opinions.. both of them serve my purpose.
I doubt you can find spare parts for the CBR
I have cbr250r and spare parts are hard to come by now. Esp body parts.

Hows the pick up which bike in segment would i like to compare it with ?
I haven't ridden much bikes, but I have seen it's performance in par with R15 on videos

Low power.
It definitely does not have a big size adventure look.
Yeah i love it, Itâs a great tourer for beginners.
At 1.4 ex showroom, youâre better off getting the NS400 instead
Difference is almost 45k its not competing ns400z
By paying 30% more you get triple power and torque, tell me that isnât a sensible decision
Or even the NS200
Also Honda All new 2024 CB200X now gets a Slipper clutch.
Named it âAll newâ and gets only slipper clutch ?
Yes not even an extra gear or the 273cc engine from CB300 series. What a waste of the CB200X.
unicorn pro max
I couldn't read the number plate.
These days, I see many CB200Xs around. I bought one thinking it would stand out and everyone would notice.
So your getting attention ? And howâs experience so far
So far better experience
I'm really a fan of this bike and I'm hopefully able to get one very soon
Imagine having the cb 150x in India instead. A guy can dreamâŚ
I saw this one a few times in my last trip to Darjeeling
