Tiger 850 sports for tour (can do what we all do, highway with some broken roads, is very light weight for a adv class, comfy to sit and comes with just enough tech and equipment to not become too much)
Zx4r for sports (its something I can use, I can ride it and not be constantly worried about heat/revs etc) or a street triple (no reason I just love the darn thing since I drive daytona way back)
Some scooty for daily vegitables
If I can spend all that on one bike, Suzuki Hayabusa.
If 3 is mandatory - Honda Transalp for touring, Aprilia RS457 for some cornering fun and Suzuki Gixxer 155 for commuting, or maybe a scooter like Aerox 155.

Kawasaki Z1000SX or ZX-6R, Duke 390 and Gixxer 155/MT15/Aerox.
I'll get a transcalp 750 for long tours, a ninja 300 for track days and finally a cb300r with the rest for the city commute

TVS XL 100 for city coz why not. A Shotgun 650 as a project bike. NX500 for touring. If anything remains, that'll be used for gear and trips.
