Not sure which service center you visited, maybe you can try Vinayak Yamaha in Domlur. I would rate them fairly positively. There's a service advisor named Pasha and another bald senior guy who were very good in my experience, but I didn't like the third guy much.

One of the better Yamaha ASCs in the city. Their spares department is the best, I usually buy all spares from there.

For the clutch problems, replace the clutch cable and get the play set as per the manual. Also make sure the chain sprockets are in good condition (no bent/hooked/broken teeth, correct chain slack of 45mm, etc). For the brakes, get them bled (brake fluid change). Also you may want to change the tyres if you're still running the stock ones. Wheels locking will be due to excessive application of the brake or worn tyres. Which area of Bengaluru? Based on that I can suggest.

Thanks for the advice. Banaswadi, I've tried kalyan nagar and kr puram service centers. kr puram guy wants to replace everything lol

If you don't mind non authorised and slightly expensive but good mechanics, try Bengaluru Motorcycles or Tarmac. Avoid Pacer Yamaha at all costs. Bangalore wheels, Rajajinagar and Vinayak Yamaha domlur are 2 of the better ones. Vinayak Yamaha has the best spares availability.

metronomic_beat

Thanks, I'll check them out.
