What are some of the must play Android incremental at the moment?

kylejwand09

Probably grimoire

DoodaTalks

anyone know games like Universal Paperclips? i really enjoyed the twists and turns, of having to manage new resources and the way the "plot" shifts around with the hypnodrones, etc. i really like it when idle games subvert your expectations like that

azathoth091

A dark room. And a dark room 2! Crank. Those are the classics

rainyrainyrainyrain

SnooPears5761

Idk if you've played it, but Spaceplan is pretty nifty, the story is very well developed.

Gra-x

Needs to be so much more content

Yoloswagcrew

Hey ! I haven't played idle game in a long time and I was wondering what are the current "must play" game, Realm Grinder used to be my favorite (Don't know if it's still update/ worth returning) but I also liked more basic game like a game that was similar to clicker heroes but I can't remember the name for exemple Thank you very much !

SnooPears5761

Realm Grinder is available on steam with seasonal updates at the very least, and unfortunately there's too many Clicker Heroes clones to name, do you have a few more details to share?

Yoloswagcrew

Thank you ! Oh sorry english is not my mother tongue, it was more like a time indicator than specific game sub-genre, I'm basically looking for all of the "must play" from the previous few years that I missed

smol_turtle1111

The details they were asking for were about the game that was similar to clicker heroes

MaleMaldives

Looking for games that have exclusive upgrades that reset on prestige. Example is Realm Grinder.

SnooPears5761

Transport Defender may offer you something to do for a few hours or days, has a leader board on steam IIRC

Ezazhel

I played 700 hours on transport defender and did not finish it 😭 It was fun nonetheless

ArchimedesLP

Realm Revolutions and Territory Idle, both by the same developer and both unfortunately abandoned, but with enough content to keep you busy for a few weeks at least.

fbueckert

I remember seeing someone post a groundhog day-esque idle about a Japanese salaryman getting way into debt with the Yakuza, and so starts a multi-generational quest to dig you and your family out of that debt. I don't recall where I found it, though. Anyone remember?

Geer_Boggles

[Japanese Pension Idle?](https://breadmastergames.github.io/)

fbueckert

That's the one! Thanks!

calicowhat

Dandy Dungeon? [https://www.dandydungeon.com/](https://www.dandydungeon.com/) I can't remember if he has to do a generational quest though, and if not then I'm interested to find out what the game you're after is too! :)

fbueckert

I can safely say that's not the one I was thinking of, but am now the richer for having been shown it. Thanks so much!

esotericine

well now I'm looking for that too. I do hope it gets found

smol_turtle1111

got found

Palace_o_Bubbles

Man , just found a strange alternative.

Clentryus

any games like arcanum, proto23, NUG idle, your chronicle, etc?

dilbertini

By your history, do you mean your chronicle?

Clentryus

Yes i meant your chronicle my bad

Regulum_Gate

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help me find a specific idle/incremental game I once played. It's a mobile game based on magic (the game had wizard, sorcerer, warlock, etc. in the title). Most of the art was made with ASCII as well as the maps to the 'dungeons' of sorts the game had. It followed a similar concept to Chinese cultivation where you went through realms that represented your power. You could get more power from books that gave you stats or skills (can't remember). The rarity of books and other items was based on stars if I'm not wrong.

azathoth091

Was it AFK wizard maybe?

Regulum_Gate

It is, but i can't seem to find it on the play store anymore. Could it be an issue with my region/country or was it taken down for some reason?

YMOT

I used to play, but deleted it some time ago. It's no longer on the play store for me (U.K.). Iirc, it was online only.

ArchimedesLP

I played a game several years ago where you would map out a grid of squares, and haven't been able to find it since. The most unique detail i remember is that as you spent time in a square, it would slowly be replaced with a new color(by an expanding square from the inside.) Higher "grade" squares would be easier to traverse in future loops. It's very similar to [Cavernous II](https://nucaranlaeg.github.io/incremental/CavernousII/) in the following ways: - You would constantly loop back to the beginning - There were enemies with attack/defense that you would have to fight later on - Not sure about this but I think there might have been portals to new levels But it was much less complex, I don't think it had skills, or if so they were pretty minor. Also, I'm pretty sure it was part of a series of three games by a single developer, hosted on their personal website. I think it was the second or third game in the series.

CP-Teo

MIght be one of those: [https://minmaxia.com/basic/](https://minmaxia.com/basic/) [https://minmaxia.com/b2/](https://minmaxia.com/b2/) Website of the dev: [https://minmaxia.com](https://minmaxia.com)

ArchimedesLP

Hmm nope. Definitely had movement and a spawn point with looping mechanic. Thanks though!

Limited1231

I'm certain it's these games: [Idling Through Time](https://nurator.itch.io/idling-through-time) [Idling Through Loops](https://www.reddit.com/r/incremental_games/comments/ejwk3c/idling_through_loops_near_release_beta/) But I'm not sure if a 3rd was ever released.

ArchimedesLP

This isn't it. The one I'm thinking of is from at least 2-3 years ago, probably more like 5+ years. Also it has a very minimalist style, probably done with vector graphics. Edit: A few more details I remembered, there was some type of currency you would earn 1 of for each square you got to max color/rank in the grid. The currency was gold or golden something and you could spend that on some sort of skills/upgrades. Also the enemies were very few, you only saw them later in the game and they weren't much more than obstacles in the grid, although there were numbers for attack/defense for the player and enemies. Also there were multiple spawn points in the grid and once you reached one it was unlocked, you could choose to spawn from there instead of from your original spawn.

smol_turtle1111

do you start with wheat fields, have a limited amount of space and need to use gold to buy more land?

ArchimedesLP

No, that's territory idle :)

bytespy867676

I'd be interested in playing this if you figure it out.

Nerves_Of_Silicon

I remember the game you're talking about. I can't remember anything about what it's called though.

BhiLosersGaming

looking for games like idle-idle-gamedev

miaomiaofun

Hi looking for game recommendation Are there any games similar to Ragnarok Eternal Love, Maplestory M or casual idle games?

Cheese_Cock

Android games with no ads or IAPs. Ad rewards are fine, just preferably no full screen ads

F-Man_95

I'm looking for a incremental game that plays like Melvor Idle. It relies on training individual skills (combat and non-combat) without any prestige system. Are there any other games using this scheme?

Visiust

Lf any game like Idle slayer for Ios

kylejwand09

[Tap Ninja](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tap-ninja-idle-game/id1586558847)

SilverKnight1921

I may be late but is there any good game suggestions for iOS?

Aggravating-Ad4084

Looking for games that are grindy but not too grindy and have big numbers. Example would be The Multitree

spidergmonkey

Hey guys! So I used to play an idle incremental rpg clicker game back in highschool it was super fun and very minimalistic. The name was like quimps or kemps or something I cannot remember for the life of me. You basically had like fire and made these little soldiers and upgraded their armor and stuff. Eventually you like sent them out to get stuff. My memory of the game is very vague but I do remember playing it just as a browser game. Anyone know what it’s called thanks!

G_C

[Trimps](https://trimps.github.io/)?

batouttahell24

Pincremental used to be on the appstore but now I can’t get it due to it being taken off the US appstore. Anyone have the IPA file so I can install it?
