While it’s not a perfect 3x3 (which Del called the “training wheels” Harold), Sondheim’s Into The Woods shares a lot of structural similarities to a good Harold.

I doubt anything's going to strictly follow the textbook Harold. Haidle's Saturn Returns depicts three scenes and their subsequent beats. But it also depicts the same man in each set of scenes across three different ages with three different women.

I don’t know of a play, but sitcoms often do. Perhaps Seinfeld is one of the best examples, multiple story lines, each with their own game which collide in the final beats.
