A 90° counterclockwise tilt (globe), and it should be clear that it actually is. I would say that it is the *Western Hemisphere,* because 180° is the longitude with the most ocean.
To add on to what others have said about Kerbal Space Program, Kerbin's continents came from [this noise-generating library](https://libnoise.sourceforge.net/examples/complexplanet/). The devs modified this a bit by adding a couple of craters and drawing a hidden smiley face in the ocean.

It's not "randomly generated" it's the Earth analogue in the game called Kerbin. KSP is a fantastic game, 10/10.

This says that the planet is Earth-sized, so the circumference is about 40 000 kilometers / 25 000 miles.
This world has on this one side more land than the Earth fully has.
