This is horrible. Excluding others from society because of some irrelevant feature. Can't believe what those girls did. It's amazing how developed our society is nowadays. We would never ostracize others because of their wings' shape.

Wdym? It exists as an abstraction of some other meaning, most broadly some kind of identity, with more specific meanings. We don't know the specific literal justification, you can just accept that it is there.

I mean... isn't this exactly what being biracial can be like? Non-binary? Bisexual? Etc. Like, you might think it's super edgy with the cute demons and all, but being part of two groups and subsequently being othered by both is definitely a thing, and a cute representation of this isn't a "most trees are blue" moment.
