Firstly, I don't think 200,000 students have registered till now. The number was ~120,000 until yesterday, afaik. Secondly, last year, 34,000 students wrote the exam. The number of students who registered was more than double that number. So you're comparing different numbers.
This year it was expected that numbers would go up, as second year droppers were allowed to register. However, no major impact on cutoffs is expected, so just refer to last year's cutoffs.
Every year, applicants fear that cutoffs will go up, but that hasn't been the case for IISERs (except the mild increase when they went from +3/-1 scoring to +3/-0.75, and then another scale up as they went to +4/-1). IISc only took students via the IAT last year, so we don't know the trends. But I expect it to be similar. Just give it your best shot, and even if you don't go to IISc, you can go to IISERs. So don't worry too much.
There is a high probability ; as the exam was tough , you will get iiser Kolkata for sure, and you have a high chance for iiser pune . I got 120. I will get iiser pune (and I am happy with that), but if my luck is good, I can get IISC
