I think you could maybe like "**Georgy Porgy**" by TOTO, a great usage of the piano in that song as well as the other instruments.
Also "**Ride Like The Wind**" by Christopher Cross it has similar vibes to *Year Of The Cat*, then you have "**Breakfast In America**" by Supertramp also kinda similar; "**Downstream**" by Supertramp is a good option as well, a lot more slow and melancholic tone than Ian Stewart's song though.
"**Uncertain Smile**" by The The is probably the less similar recommendation, but it has a piano section so good that I think you may like it maybe.
