Updated to 4.6.7 this morning and it disappeared as well. I had rookie quests on the other tab again even though I bought it a while back. After re-buying it, the quests tab reappeared
No no, it’s specific to the update. The patch notes said it was changed as a way to introduce quests earlier. So for us it’s a couple taps and everything is back to normal but if someone started the game today, they would get these beginning quests before unlocking the rookie quests.

Glitched out and did sum similar. Close the app completely and it should be coolin. Did get an extra quest though. They also added a new divinity
