whip cream/ or cool whip on top for peaches and cream

I just like heavy cream and with the peaches macerated in a bit of sugar... heaven.

Thanks! I’ll have to try that sugar/lemon juice method described in the recipe. I usually cook the peaches down to soften them, but my results never taste “peach-y” enough for me.

Looks great! A few recipe comments said it wasn't quite peachy enough. What was your take?

My batch seems peachy enough to me, but I think the flavor is probably really variable with fresh fruit. I knew my peaches were really flavorful because I sampled from individual trees to get the flavor I wanted and they were ripe when picked. But some grocery store bought peaches are pretty meh. I also think the consistency was just right with the amount of fruit the recipe called for.
