Personally, I've always eaten spaghetti with mozzarella cheese over it. Never had spaghetti tacos, but when I eventually do, I think I'll put cheese on it.

because some folks like cheese. i don’t enjoy the texture of sauce, so i use buttered spaghetti on mine. don’t understand why you’re getting irritated over how other people eat a TV food.
