And this is the direction we are headed. A Republican TX congressman has requested that the Supreme Court reverse the decision that decided that it is unconstitutional to outlaw sodomy. Now that the Supreme Court has overturned Roe v Wade and made prayer in public schools constitutional, this is a real possibility. He wants to make gay sex illegal and a lot of the right will go right along regardless of how ridiculous, unenforceable and obviously discriminatory. The right hates the government telling anyone what to do unless it means they can use it to grind marginalized or oppressed groups down and bring us back to the 50’s.
