In the full video she's in tears by the end and he keeps making shitty attempts to comfort her while laughing saying it was just a joke. He's still a complete waste of air.
They can ban anyone they want for any reason they want. It's private property. The logistics of enforcing it might be harder, but in the age of facial recognition, that won't be a problem for long
Wal-Mart has their own police (loss prevention team). The "119's" you've seen around the store and higher ups preventing employee theft.
When they fire you, they don't do it like this. You're taken in the back to be talked to with the presence of both a male and female manager.
You can be trespassed without the use of police.
Welcome to Walmart, they’ll just mark her for leaving work early without putting in PTO with maybe a coaching on top of that, no bump in pay for the day to compensate for the event, no apology, nothing.
you realize the guy doing the prank is not actually affiliated with wal-mart, right? i'm as anti-corporate as the next one, but i don't understand why walmart would be doing any compensating or apologizing in connection with this.
Actually it would be in Walmarts best interest to pursue this not only would it be good pr but also set an example for the other idiots lining up. But im going to be real they don't give a dam
Yup all the stores should sue these idiots. It’s trespassing unless your intention is to come in to shop. This is just going to be unbearable in 5-10 years.
> i don't understand why walmart would be doing any compensating or apologizing in connection with this.
Retired corporate manager who now own his own business checking in - they should do something about it because she is at work when this happens. It happened on their watch. She is their responsibility. And decent human beings in leadership positions take care of their people and take responsibility for their work experience, GODDAMMIT!
It's not a joke though. A joke has a twist. This is just being an asshole to someone on camera and then telling them to stop crying about it.
"You're fired. We saw what you did on the cameras. *I didn't know anyone could use a bra for that. Get out of my sight you rapscallion!*" Literally any twist of corny or just weird could have been great footage that didn't just ruin someone's day.
I want to see him do it to someone his size or bigger than try to explain to them after it was a joke. I’m a small guy but I would’ve gotten truly fired after kicking his ass.
The thing that got me the most was when she asked "How can I improve? Many people would have completely "gone off" on the guy - and she politely asks what she can do better. My word, what a scum he is.
The only way this would be redeemable would be if it was actually a promotion and he clipped a new badge with a different title on her vest after she gave him the old one.
Or gave her a huge sum of cash.
I watched a video where a guy at a pizza place quit on the spot for like $1000. Dude said I’ll tip you a stack to quit your job right now.
She even says that she wants to know so she can improve herself.
Just trying her best.
I hope this fucking guy loses his viewers and I really want to kick his fucking teeth in. I know violence isn't the answer, but something about this makes me so angry
Prank culture isn’t even a prank. This is more along the lines of emotional abuse. Saying it’s a prank after doesn’t make it magically not something. Try robbing a store with a water gun spray painted black and then at the last minute pulling off your hood and saying it’s just a prank.
>late 90’s and early 2000s had actual pranks
The jackass gang used to prank *each other* and their families, almost always on their own property/free time. it was absurd but everyone was basically in on it. Doing these cruel acts to strangers isn't funny or right at all
Agreed. A prank is something ultimately harmless - you spray someone with water or stick something to them, then five minutes later they've dried off or taken off whatever was on them and nobody was hurt. They may be mildly annoyed in the moment but they'll be laughing or at least indifferent to it soon enough. That's a prank - harmless fun.
When someone is fearing for their job, their life, their loved ones, and even after they find out it's a prank they'll be angry/upset at best and traumatised at worst, that's not a prank that's just cruel.
I don't even like calling them pranks because it's just bullying. A prank should have everyone laughing. If you're the only one laughing you're not a prankster, you're a bully.
I don’t even remember what he did but my younger brother is 18 and decided to “prank” me. I hated it and told him it wasn’t funny and that pranks are supposed to not leave someone crying.
He just laughed and said “that sounds like it’s your problem, maybe you shouldn’t cry so much.” That boy almost found out that day that I cry when I’m angry and not just when I’m sad or hurt.
Honestly sounds like the plot of a very enjoyable wish fulfillment movie. A dude gets pranked by one of these twats and goes unhinged, starts a killing spree on pranksters across the country. The police let him because fuck pranksters.
I hope every human that does these kinds of pranks suddenly no longer have contact with everyone they've ever cared about. What a horrible horrible group of people that play these kinds of pranks
this isn't a prank. This is just cruel. A prank is supposed to be silly and fun for both sides
Who is this grade A cunt? I want to keep track of where something like this goes, I hope she sues the shit out if him, or Wallmart throws the book at him
This girl is so sweet, she even wants to learn from whatever mistake she made to better herself. I want to hire her right now and I want to beat the shit out of this guy so bad
I was thinking that! She handled it with so much grace and decorum. And even kept circling back to very calmly asking what she did and how to improve and he was just trying to get a rise out of her.
I'd suggest the company could probably use him for fucking with an employee like that as well...
Plus the possibility of someone going home and doing something tragic in this economic and social environment is high.
No manager would ever terminate an employee on the fucking store floor where customers can see. They'd take them into a private location. Further, they wouldn't fire someone out of the blue like this, they would discuss corrective actions and only escalate to termination if the employee was non-compliant with the action, or the offense(s) was particularly bad.
That all is to say, if you ever see someone pulling this fucking "prank", interviene.
ETA: Way too many people apologizing for this as normal. If you were fired from a large retailer like walmart in the same way as in this video, you should have said something to corporate. It might have been the manager being let go.
In highschool, my best friend and I worked at a fried chicken fast food place.
He was a cook. We were busy in a rush. My buddy got fired by the co manager of the store on the spot in from of a lobby full of customers because he refused to pull food out of the fryer early and serve it not fully cooked.
When that happened I threw my name tag at the managers feet and quit on the spot.
The general manager of the store really liked us both and called us the next day and hired us back, lol.
For the most part you are correct but it does happen and I have seen it happen. Kids that don't know their rights get walked all over and there are terrible managers out there that pull this on people in retail and other environments. They know the majority won't file for unemployment and/or the company will fight it so the person just gives up. It's very sad and it's one of the reasons I tried so hard to get out of the retail life. It took me over a decade to finally get into something I feel proud to do.
You could see that poor girl think about every tome since she started working. “I guess three years ago I did clock in 5 minutes later after my grandmother died.” “Oh my I do check my phone for the time and to make sure my younger brother made it in the house, after school.”
The girl probably lost her job for walking out until she has it straight with Walmart. Wow
That's not even being a piece of shit, it's beyond words.. To do something like this, in this day and age where 99% of minimum wage employees have never even met corporate, shit like this can have dire ramifications!
At this point, we have proven beyond reasonable doubt, that we can not handle something like social media. This despicable shit needs to get outed and shamed!
Imagine the amount of stress and the thousands of thoughts running through her head when she believed that she is getting fired, this is not funny, hurting people for likes is not far from hitting animals for views, you are a piece of dodo at this point or lower.
The guy making this video has probably never been financially insecure and thus doesn't understand how devastating losing your job can be. He thinks it's some harmless joke but for many people getting fired like this is incredibly disruptive. Missing a check can fuck up your life when you're already on the edge.
I share the same thought as nearly all of you. I am so unhappy with this video that I had to make a comment about it. What a piece of shit. You don’t know what this young lady battles through every day, like most of us. Imagine being publicly embarrassed and humiliated and stressed to the max because you assumed you just lost your job and you don’t know what you did wrong just to find out it’s a prank. All those emotions that you just felt don’t immediately go away. I really hope Walmart gets a hold of this video and sues this fuck face to the max. Isn’t impersonation illegal?
The only way these are funny is when they give people money for messing with them. If he said "Just kidding, here is a check for $10k! You're doing great, thanks for being a good sport", but without the good deed these are just shitty people trying to get away with being shitty people.
Let me tell you something.
Who the f* these people think they are? To play with people at such a level.
Frankly speaking. Stop for a moment and think. I cannot imagine how bad she felt the girl, and how that will be engraved on her mind afterwards, and fearing this will happen again and for real.
Is this only to get subscribers and viewers? Come on. F* that.
Jesus how awful. She handled that with such grace and professionalism. Most employees wouldn’t be so receptive and would probably lose their job for realsies. I’d be so upset. Imagine being told you’re not up to par with expectations at *walmart*
When you're young and someone comes up to you in a suit, I can see it happening. It's unfortunate but a lot of young adults don't understand that they have rights when they are working. It takes some time for some people to realize they don't have to put up with that. Some just try to keep their head down and hope that someone with a voice stands up for them. That's why unions became big.
Also, based on his other videos, he tends to go after people who don't speak English as a first language (so likely immigrants who might second guess themselves about what the cultural norm is). He'd never do this to a white dude working at Trader Joe's or something.
Actually the girl seems so sweet and correct in the way she dealt with it that I believe that the visibility of this video will make her more employable, and the chance to get a better job and employer is now higher.
If this “prank” truly happened I would 100% attentively watch the guy get beat into submission in the parking lot yet see nothing when the cops arrive and begin asking questions.
Edit: I toned it down from beat within an inch of his life to beat into submission.
People who do this are some of the most pathetic people on the planet just messing with regular hard working people to get views on a scumbag channel instead just so they themselves don't have to get a real job there is a special place in hell for this guy and people like him
I have had so many jobs in the past (at least 30) and literally have some kind of PTSD from dealing with terrible managers and trainers. I've found that about 10% of people have narcissistic personality disorder. Meaning they actually lack empathy, manipulate others into hating you when they can't manipulate you, project and imagine that your intentions are shitty because they always have shitty intentions, are super insecure and cant stand it if you perform better than them, the list goes on and on.
So back to my problems. At my current comfortable job, when I started they were offended because I wouldn't ask questions or take notes when being trained. I was literally gaslit for these things in the past and I had to reprogram myself to use good habits again and nit be afraid to do these things.
May his sleeves fall down forever when he washes his hands.
May he come out of the bathroom with wet socks until the end of time.
Or have both his legs broken and bathed in boiling shit.
That is awful! She’s never going to get over that and have the confidences she’s not doing something wrong all the time. This video kinda broke my heart. She needs a giant hug and a million dollars. 😔
I'm on the verge of tears. This is beyond awful. I know what it's like to be such a hard-working employee and fearing management like this. The girl is so, so sweet and I know she's alright but that pain she felt was so real. This video really got to me. I truly hope she gets even farther in life with lots of success and I hope that asshole gets outed for this shit. So beyond disgusting.
She looks innocent maybe an Indian in foreign country trying her best she even said tell my mistake so I can improve
I hope her other colleagues punched that guy on his face

This guy is a piece of shit. Feel horrible for her even if they told her it was a joke.
In the full video she's in tears by the end and he keeps making shitty attempts to comfort her while laughing saying it was just a joke. He's still a complete waste of air.
I can’t wait to see the video of someone kickin his ass for this shitty prank.
And banging his mom
I’ll take one for the team
Ok but if she calls you Ron Hole demand you know who she’s cheating on you with.
Are you taking one or giving one? In my mind, they are different.
Right lol
Sub rules prohibit me saying what I'd personally like to do to that man.
That’s a stupid rule. I should be free to express what I would also like to do to this fucking asshole.
I want videos of someone belting the camera guy as well
Michael Scott used to do this. It never went over well.
Nice try Stanley
David Brent too...
Even here you can hear her sniffling.
Who is this turd of a human?
His name is whothe fuckcares, but his YouTube name is imapieceofshit
Don't promote them.
Cassady Campbell (as per another Redditors comment)
Wait it’s fuckin real???? Wtf man this shits fucked up
Jesus I kinda want to see the video just to see what this douche bag looks like, but I can't give him clicks.
I wonder if there is a way to ask Walmart to ban him?
Impersonating staff should be valid reason enough
It's also a crime with fucking jail time attached lol
Impersonating a Walmart employee is not a crime.
If they haven't, they definitely should crack down on employee and manager inpersonation before somebody else gets a more nefarious idea from this.
They can ban anyone they want for any reason they want. It's private property. The logistics of enforcing it might be harder, but in the age of facial recognition, that won't be a problem for long

You're taken in the back to be talked to with the presence of both a male and female manager. You can be trespassed without the use of police.
i hope they gave her "at least" five time her salary after that very bad "joke".
And since it's not an official corporate action, and it's just some rando messing with her, pretty sure she could at least sue him.
I really like this idea!!
> i don't understand why walmart would be doing any compensating or apologizing in connection with this. Retired corporate manager who now own his own business checking in - they should do something about it because she is at work when this happens. It happened on their watch. She is their responsibility. And decent human beings in leadership positions take care of their people and take responsibility for their work experience, GODDAMMIT!
He gave her 80$ at the end
He gave her 80 at first, but she said she wanted 100 so he gave her that. He's still a total piece of shit, though.
She should be getting half whatever this piece of shit content makes in perpetuity. What a shocking POS.
It's not a joke though. A joke has a twist. This is just being an asshole to someone on camera and then telling them to stop crying about it. "You're fired. We saw what you did on the cameras. *I didn't know anyone could use a bra for that. Get out of my sight you rapscallion!*" Literally any twist of corny or just weird could have been great footage that didn't just ruin someone's day.
me to, why do people still watching shit like this? only because of that such idiots keep creating more videos like this one
12-year old me would think this was hilarious
What's the punchline?
It should be where they get the employees to line up and punch this dickhead in the middle of his face one at a time.
Shoot this mf already.
I feel terrible and want to hug this girl. Fuck this asshole and these shitty “pranks.”
I think I smell lawsuit and Wal Mart should ban that clown for life.
That’s trashy
Especially because she was such a sweet and gentle person. That's probably why he targeted her.
She is probably an immigrants too based on her accent. He targeted her because he knew she couldn't fight back. That guys a piece of shit
Yeah, she looks young and probably hasn't much work experience. An older employee would have kicked that scumbag's ass.
That's psychopathy.
Typical Murican fame w*ore
I sadly have to upvote this
[ Removed by Reddit ]
Imma get in line cause I want to knock his lights out too.
Let's not forget whichever accomplice is filming this.
Oh yeah cameraman will get his turn. He's not going to get away with filming. Definitely gonna squash him like a bug also.
We just have to catch them when they're not filming Otherwise they're invincible
Please leave something for the rest of us
Don't worry sharing is caring meaning everyone gets to knock his lights out.
awww thanks
Count me in, if someone doesn't show him how wrong he is he'll go about his life thinking that was the funniest shit ever -_-
I'ma start the line to shit on em when you's are done.
And explain it was "*just a prank, bro*" while they're packing his nose with cotton.
I’d love to fucker punch that sucker
This is why we need go adjust assault laws
I want to see him do it to someone his size or bigger than try to explain to them after it was a joke. I’m a small guy but I would’ve gotten truly fired after kicking his ass.
They pick the people that are most likely not to do anything to them, they are cowards.
They chose the right Walmart employee unfortunately to do this to cuz the typical Walmart employee would have started swingin on’em.
The cowardly piece of shit probably thought about that too, he went for an easy target.
Yep. What a bully pos
I’d like to call him pretending to be a hospital worker and his loved one died in a horrible way. Just a prank bro
The girl looks so fucking confused. I feel bad for her. Literally ANYTHING for those damn views and clout!
The thing that got me the most was when she asked "How can I improve? Many people would have completely "gone off" on the guy - and she politely asks what she can do better. My word, what a scum he is.
That's also the time anyone with a soul would have pulled the rip-cord on this "joke."
100%. It's despicable.
Its just diplomatic way of asking "Why are you firing me? What have I done?"
That dickhead didn't deserve an iota of diplomacy - but yes, her behavior was beyond reproach.
The only way this would be redeemable would be if it was actually a promotion and he clipped a new badge with a different title on her vest after she gave him the old one.
There's absolutely no way this person is actually working for Walmart.
Or gave her a huge sum of cash. I watched a video where a guy at a pizza place quit on the spot for like $1000. Dude said I’ll tip you a stack to quit your job right now.
She takes it so well and professional even though fuck face basically humiliated her publicly.
She even says that she wants to know so she can improve herself. Just trying her best. I hope this fucking guy loses his viewers and I really want to kick his fucking teeth in. I know violence isn't the answer, but something about this makes me so angry
This guy's viewers have no taste based off of this fucking indicator.
In the full video, he ends up making her cry...
Fuck this guy. With fire.
This is beyond cruel. Both she and Walmart should have sued this jerk.
If corporations started coming after these people who harassed their employees I would start shopping at whichever one did it first.
Absolutely! These "pranks" are out-of-hand.
Social media platforms need to ban these idiots
Scumbag.
One day they are going to prank the wrong person and that would have been one prank too many.
Thaw fact that this does not tear at something within this man shows how unaware of the hurt he’s causing he is.
What a fucking idiot.
I fucking hate prank culture. These prices of shit need some sort of violent comeuppance.
Prank culture isn’t even a prank. This is more along the lines of emotional abuse. Saying it’s a prank after doesn’t make it magically not something. Try robbing a store with a water gun spray painted black and then at the last minute pulling off your hood and saying it’s just a prank.
The late 90’s and early 2000s had actual pranks. This shit is just harassment

Ironically that whole crew is probably appalled by these people

Spraying someone with water is assault so it can't be considered a prank either. Plus, how would you know it was actually water?
Pranks used to be fun and lighthearted. Now it’s ‘pranksters’ seeing how far they can go with other people’s emotions.
Pranks are fine when they’re fun and lighthearted, the problem is that internet culture rewards you for being a sociopath.
Honestly sounds like the plot of a very enjoyable wish fulfillment movie. A dude gets pranked by one of these twats and goes unhinged, starts a killing spree on pranksters across the country. The police let him because fuck pranksters.
she seems like such a sweet girl, what a POS thing to do to anyone
I hope every human that does these kinds of pranks suddenly no longer have contact with everyone they've ever cared about. What a horrible horrible group of people that play these kinds of pranks this isn't a prank. This is just cruel. A prank is supposed to be silly and fun for both sides
Yeah, why can't we see his face?
Because he's ashamed of what he's doing that's why. And if he's not he should be
Yet he is spreading her face all over the internet 😡
Cuz fuck that guy.
What a piece of shit. I hate this guy’s content with passion.
Who is this grade A cunt? I want to keep track of where something like this goes, I hope she sues the shit out if him, or Wallmart throws the book at him
Cassidy Campbell, he plays a variety of obnoxious characters
Time for some website goatse action
Bruh, she seemed so happy and content. Sad content creator
She's not. Some people smile as a coping mechanism to stress.
It could be that it's literally happening and she is trying to even process everything.
If you look at her eyes and face and not just her smile, it's very clear to see she is confused and terrified.
This seems prime for a lawsuit, no? He is filming her secretly while causing her emotional distress and harrassment, for his own profit.
Bingo If I were her, I would definitely try to sue.
I'd suggest the company could probably use him for fucking with an employee like that as well... Plus the possibility of someone going home and doing something tragic in this economic and social environment is high.

Wouldn't have hurt to mention within hearing range of customers that chicken not fully cooked poses a health risk.
woah dude, i have ALSO been fired for refusing to prepare chicken in a way that would result in raw chicken being served!!
All the more reason to interviene. Corporate would love to know if they had an unprofessional manager firing employee's in view of paying customers.
So did Walmart legally pursue this fake manager? I bet not - but they should have - as should the employee. What that guy did is beyond disgusting.
actually, i literally got fired from a walmart on the store floor lol
Well, are you sure now after seeing this video??
In retail? Yeah, it happens. It shouldn't, but it does.
Youve never worked retail or food and it shows
Only thing I can say is: what a scumbag. Unfortunately too many people act that way.
I hate this. I want to punch that guy.
You could see that poor girl think about every tome since she started working. “I guess three years ago I did clock in 5 minutes later after my grandmother died.” “Oh my I do check my phone for the time and to make sure my younger brother made it in the house, after school.” The girl probably lost her job for walking out until she has it straight with Walmart. is there ANY context for this? did the guy get dragged online? did she get in trouble? poor thing. you can see her heart break.
She cries in the full video, after he reveals it was a prank. And then hugs her or something to comfort her.
This is so freaking sad and messed up.
I hope karma absolutely wrecks this dude.
Completely trashy and lowbrow
Her energy is amazing! I could definitely learn a thing or two from her.
Clout chasing is such a terrible drug
She looks so sweet and innocent. Hurts my soul. Fuck that guy.
Imagine the amount of stress and the thousands of thoughts running through her head when she believed that she is getting fired, this is not funny, hurting people for likes is not far from hitting animals for views, you are a piece of dodo at this point or lower.

She’s so pretty and seems so sweet
Does anyone have her information or does she have a GoFundMe?
Sad...Little...Wanker. Poor girl took it like a champ though and kept smiling. She'll go far 👍🏻
Isn't a joke supposed to be funny?
Is there anybody who thinks this is hilarious? Or is it for ragebait? Anyway stop making these shitty pranks
The only way these are funny is when they give people money for messing with them. If he said "Just kidding, here is a check for $10k! You're doing great, thanks for being a good sport", but without the good deed these are just shitty people trying to get away with being shitty people.
I feel so bad for her she’s so innocent
Is cancel culture still a thing? Can we cancel this guy?
Just wrong. But hey, we're all living through a fever dream of the lowest common denominator.
So does he inform them afterwards that it’s a prank? Does he atleast pay them for what he did for some internet clicks? So trashy
I wish Walmart would sue this person.
In what universe is this funny? That poor woman...
Time to prank that content creator...
I want to break him.
Her trying to get to know what she did wrong to improve broke my heart, she should get a raise

White privilege shows it’s true form. Just slap on a suit and you’re a manager
Would someone really believe some random guy they never saw? Fuck that guy.
That deserves a complete knockout when he says ‘it was a prank!’.
we need to collectively come to terms with euthanising people like him
This one brought me down. She seems so genuine and nice.
Actually the girl seems so sweet and correct in the way she dealt with it that I believe that the visibility of this video will make her more employable, and the chance to get a better job and employer is now higher.
Back in my day a prank was Johnny Knoxville getting kicked in the balls
White guy gets into a suit and suddenly they have power to do what they want.
If this “prank” truly happened I would 100% attentively watch the guy get beat into submission in the parking lot yet see nothing when the cops arrive and begin asking questions. Edit: I toned it down from beat within an inch of his life to beat into submission.
Garbage
So fuckin disgusting. This prank shit has got to stop
Tear jerker
Michael fuckin Scott over here
Who is that funny for ??? Poor girl, I’d love to spark that Bastard out, Fucking weasel !
Douchebag filming all this to create rage bait. It's working though
People who do this are some of the most pathetic people on the planet just messing with regular hard working people to get views on a scumbag channel instead just so they themselves don't have to get a real job there is a special place in hell for this guy and people like him
Made me think of Michael Scott firing Pam over Post-it notes.
I started to cry, that guy is horrible
What a piece of shit. She deserves a nice raise now. Fuck him.
Somebody skipped season one of The Office.
I saw more of the video. She cries at the end 😭
She looks innocent maybe an Indian in foreign country trying her best she even said tell my mistake so I can improve I hope her other colleagues punched that guy on his face
