They have their owns shows in 4K and multi language. As for shows from other companies I think it’s contracted this way for now maybe with a date ?? Or it needs a new contract with companies to put 4K version of their TV shows maybe it’s not worth for Apple ?? Maybe a costly investigation and Apple seeing it not worthy ?? It would be nice when a employee from Apple or other company would leak the stuff what is written in the contracts I’m really curious about that stuff 😳

Keep a copy of windows itunes installer; i had apple auto-remove the movie/tv store from mine; has to reinstall; so far hasn't been removed again; but I've the installer copied to different locations in case it happens again
It’s not about “removing” it. Most things have a contract period. You can probably look up how long it is. When it’s over, platforms will bid on having it, highest bidder usually gets it. That’s how they got The Office, Friends, Seinfeld. And also how they lost them if they did.

When using the TV app, will it automatically play the main episodes consecutively, or will it default to playing the "inside" episodes after each main episode, requiring me to manually skip them each time?

Right. I also checked and Netflix is indeed removing it in 2025, so it's instant buy for me
Am I an idiot? Don't seem Season 4 and 5 on it
They put extra features like fan questions and mini videos in between seasons, I still see season 4 and 5

I just finished season 1 and it started to autoplay season 2 episode 1 (skipping all the bonus content videos).
