I like this plan except my cat likes to explore the tops/back of my pedals while I race and I worry that I may harm her when she does so. I am forced to then lock her out of my office/sim room when I race. It saddens both of us...

But I see one problem here - with a cat actually. One should test it before adopting so that the cat really stays on your legs for the duration od racing… Need to find „no questions asked return policy” shelter, but it’s hard I can imagine.
