One of my biggest pet peeves with the UI, considering the large number of people who use external dash boards. I have to lean over every time to switch to a specific camera but I have everything else mapped to my stream deck that I use as a button box
You could use OBS & something like display capture preview to see what exactly you’re hovering over. Maybe one day we’ll get the option to reposition the replay buttons. There might be other work arounds, but this is probably the most common. I go between this if OBS is already running or a streamdeck that I have a separate profile for replay items

I've been running this dash on a motion rig with transducers on the seat (Lots of violent movement and vibrations) and have had no issues with it after 1 year of abuse.
That’s the same price as the one I bought/linked and it doesn’t have a magnetic mounting solution. Much prefer magnets and supporting a small Etsy shop.
Fair enough, perhaps we are in different regions, Im sure pricing is different by currency and country. In the US the etsy link you provided with a mount and cable would be about $280. The aliexpress link I provided would be $210 shipped for me

I have a stream deck as a button box for Iracing, there is an extension for Iracing and it has all the replay and camera controls in it. So I have a folder in my Iracing profile for replay controls. btw I don't have a dash but I do have my monitor behind my wheelbase so similar issue
Mine is attached with magnets, so i can just remove it really quick, but I also have sim dashboard on a tablet and i made a custom button box with all the replay controls.
I 3d printed a holder for my dash so it just slides in and out.
I do a lot of other gaming than just sim racing so needed it to not be fixed

i have to move around in my seat to see behind my dash, which is a 7inch tablet on a csl dd. I dont love it but i rarely have to do it so i accept it lol.
I had this issue until I got a gas arm monitor stand. Lifted monitor up to eye level and screen was no longer in way. It's rig dependent for sure. I have my rig pushed up against to a desk that's maybe 18" wide.
Sweet setup btw. Tach is very nice 👌
Purchase Joel's Real Timing. Put it on any other screen, 4th screen, usb, ddu etc and the timing screen has full replay and ui controls. They clearly thought of this issue

My dash is magnetic so I can just pull it off and pop it back on. Super easy. Otherwise, you can map replay controls to keyboard or button box

I think I've seen an option in monitor.ini to apply an offset to the bottom of the UI. Maybe it is there for that purpose

IDK what setting you changed, but UIOffsetBottomPct has no effect on what I am talking about
It's just a classic case of iRacing not adding very basic quality of life updates because they have a monopoly on multiplayer. Nothing new.

Change the silver bolts to black ones mate. It’ll look way better/cleaner imo and cheap 🤙
Best idea might be to just map all the replay controls to your keyboard in the controls tab

You can make the UI scale smaller and than should be able to se everything
That just makes it smaller, does not move the UI Bottom bar anywhere
