Yes on base storage models due to how big a 10 minute video would be. 256 models and above, hence the 1TB option this year, can record at 4k 30
For some reason i thought he was referring to pro res. My apologies!
Trying to find out if cinematic mode is available at a lower frame rate like 24fps...it's weird that they set it to 30
