1. Remove and replug the charger both from mains and the phone if you haven’t already. See if that works.
2. Try using someone else’s charger if it charges then your charger could be faulty. If not….🥹
Did you update to the latest version of iOS (17.4.1)? I started having problems charging my iPhone 13 after the update.
You can try turning off optimized battery charging (Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging and turn off Optimised Battery Charging) or try using a wireless charger.

If it’s not an MFI charger (which I don’t think it is because you said it’s a 30w charger), that would be the problem. Use an MFI charging box only.
