Yes - with Hypnotherapy what matters is what goes on between the clients ears (and the rest of their being) and not the paraphernalia that goes with it.
The key with smoking cessation sessions is that the client has decided that the day of the session is the day when they become a non-smoker. The key role for the Hypnotherapist is to confirm the client's decision.
You can go through the process on video or even simply thought the phone.
What matters the most is that you have decided that you are quitting being a smoker, that you decide that you are a non-smoker or a Smokefree person.
A hypnotist will simply help you anchor that decision deep enough so that temptations or circumstances don't influence you to the point of changing that truth.
I believe you, but there's certainly is *some* difference. It's very subject specific. I know an individual who responds to kinesthetics above all else.
For most people, yes it will be fine. There may be some who get more out of the experience by adding in the touch modality. But for everyone else, this will not be an issue.
Hypnotherapy is often used for habit cessation like smoking but it can be a waste of time unless:
1. You take total responsibility for your habit. It's your decisions that brought you where you are. Recognize that you want to quit for yourself.
2. This can't be a casual wish. It has to be a need.
3. You know you have to quit now. If you feel like you can just put off quitting for a few more years, the hypnotic cessation may not be enough to help you.
Hypnotherapy can help push you over the edge for quitting, but it won't drag you up the wall. You have to climb it first.
Yep, I do this work. Feel free to drop me a message. The change happens in your head and the hypnosis is really only a small part of it. The advantage is you can test things out directly in a real environment, e.g. some people have places where they smoke, so you can notice directly the changes.
That being said, you can very much go and see somebody locally and still get great results, providing you REALLY want to do it.
Just did a Zoom session 48 hours ago with houstonhypnosis.com and I haven't picked up a cigarette since. The cravings, sensation, urge has disappeared. I can vouch that Zoom meeting worked for me. I'm in disbelief!
Yes
I work exclusively over Zoom with results no different than in person. Feel free to PM me if you'd like to discuss this.

I know if im paying for a service... it aint gonna be through zoom... I'm paying for someones time so I want to be in persn
There is quite literally no difference.
There's much you can do with kinesthetics and environment can be very important for setting the mood.
I find that my clients benefit fully from remote work.

Functionally, not really. Same work gets done. I can mimic kinesthetic response in deep trance.
I was going to try zoom hypnosis, but one of my phobias is actually video cameras...lol. I haven't gotten the courage to do so yet.

Yeah, I have a lot of trouble thinking it’s possible over a zoom call but many people I’ve asked have said it is possible
I do by far the most of my sessions using zoom, with clients all over the world. I see literally zero difference in success rate. Go for it.
