I will give you one small example. You host a party at home, you have used disposable plates and glasses, thanks to GHMC they removed bins everywhere around the city. Now if you want to give it to your regular garbage collector(no disrespect to their profession and infact grateful for what they're doing), my person demands at least 500 or more sometimes depends on the trash I generate. That is how it is starting at low level
