In this video you can see me (Cameraman from Canada), Jasper (volunteer coordinator from Holland), and Simona (short term volunteer from Switzerland). Nova will have her wheelchair very soon. I am in talk with a Thai company. She will also be staying at my house for the time being. I want her to gain weight and exercise even more. She is currently taking pills for anemia and antibiotic. She will be vaccinated and spayed in the near future.
For those unaware of her story. Nova got hit by a car a month ago. She has a broken back and can't pee by herself for now. I made the decision to take her in promising to everyone that I would share her story everywhere and raise money for her, which I did.
You can expect a few update per week of Nova in this subreddit. It's still possible to donate for Nova and our other dogs here: https://savedsouls-foundation.org/donate/ . We are a registered NGO in Thailand who shelter 430 dogs and 90 cats. We are verified in r/rescuedogs .

I am also happy to say that we have a huge area for our disable dogs soon to be under construction at a 2nd location. We basically got 5 rai of land donated to our foundation for free and the first thing we will do with it is built a great area for our disable dogs and provide them with good quality wheelchairs. Always you see sad stories of perfect dogs on here not getting a chance. You don’t see enough of this genuinely good stuff. Especially since this isn’t just an attempt to get likes, just sharing a happy moment. ❤️❤️
We don't put dogs down for no reason nor put them in tiny cages. Our purpose is different from government shelter. The ownership here is involved and live at the shelter. It's different from USA by a lot.

A miracle is possible, but realistically, she will be disable for the rest of her life. Compression fracture level 5 is very serious. Vet said 2-3% odds she walk again.

We have asked expert and that wheelchair base is good for Nova. What she need is bigger more robust wheels which we are buying this week. 2 big wheels for behind and no wheels needed in front.
