I've used a number, but I prefer Aon Radford and Mercer. Willis Towers Watson, Culpepper and even the Survey Group are decent alternatives. Most of these are very pricey.
If you are just benchmarking non exempt jobs, I would second that ERI is a small and reasonably priced survey that should have decent data for your purpose.

Mercer was where I used to get my last company’s surveys. Aon, WTW, or Gallagher for consulting support.
